If I could give this establishment 10 stars, I would! My car’s entire system started failing and shutting down. I barely made it into O’ Reilly’s parking lot at around 2pm and my car wouldn’t start again. This awesome lady that worked there pulled her own car around to jump my car, then tested the alternator and found that I needed a new one. I had no idea where to take it and needed to be somewhere important by 5pm. She said I could try Northside Auto and ask for Josh. I drove there, turned the car off and then realized they were closed and I was now stranded in their parking lot.I was about to panic when a guy pulled into the parking lot and said he was about to head out and forgot his wallet. It turned out to be Josh. He asked me if I would like the alternator fixed right now! He priced it, ordered it and had it delivered in 15 minutes and told me to give him 1 1/2 hours. He had it done in 45 minutes and gave me a discount from the original price quote. Josh was making miracles happen and fast… it’s been 6 months since and my car is running fantastic! Josh is amazing and I would definitely recommend this shop for all of your car’s services. To this day, I am very thankful that Josh was there to save our day!

Excellent professional service. I had been stranded at the R store truck stop. I had done over $1000 in repairs the month before and suspected the starter was still an issue. I bought a starter and a friend who had offered to help put it in decided not to show. I called several garages refusing to help. But Josh showed great care to me and came and put the starter in for $150. I decided to give him an extra $50 because he ordinarily doesn't do onsite work. Happy Holidays and thanks very much Josh!

Had my battery light come on while driving on the interstate, pulled off at the first exit available and made it to O'Reilly's where they tested the batteries and alternator. The alternator failed and so I called Northside Auto hoping (fingers crossed!!) they could do an emergency alternator repair. Thankfully, they could but just as I was getting into the truck to drive there, it died. Northside Auto came to me and jumped my truck enough to be able to drive it to their shop, where they quickly got the repair done for me. I appreciate their above and beyond help so much!!! I was traveling with my elderly parents and their kindness and skill definitely helped me make the best of the situation I was handed. Thank you so very much!!!!
