We broke down with our trailer- called these guys and they were understaffed that day, and he still sent his guy over with the parts needed!! They were very helpful ! We will use them in the future to buy a trailer

Bought a new flatbed trailer and later returned to have some additional tie downs added. Outstanding customer service and excellent work. Came in under budget and very fast. Highly recommended!

Awesome service! We lost all the studs on one wheel on our trailer. I removed the hub with some generously borrowed tools from the owner, and he replaced the studs for me.

Purchased an enclosed trailer they had on consignment. Had a long discussion about licensing it and how long it would take to get our title back from the DMV after they mailed in the info. We had this conversation because we were in the middle of moving and were concerned about getting pulled over. They said it would take longer than we had but that the odds were good we would be fine driving it back and forth a couple of times. Never thought to look the paperwork over, because it’s a dealership, right? Well, wrong. Never disclosed to us that the trailer had never been titled in WI and we never received any paperwork in the mail. They said they mailed us some paperwork that would have gotten us a title. Sure doesn’t make any sense, why wouldn’t they have just given us that paperwork then? Well without the paperwork we now cannot just title the trailer. Now we are stuck with a trailer we can’t prove we own and per the DMV it will take $375 and 3 years for us to get a bonded title to sell it. Also were told the tires were good, didn’t look bad, well they blew on our first trip, walls just cracked up and started chunking off, it was pretty crazy. I can own that this kind of stuff can happen with tires, but the paperwork is absolutely inexcusable. Since we didn’t get whatever they supposedly mailed, we are stuck with a trailer from a dealership with no paperwork that we very much over paid for given that we can’t even get a title and resell it any time soon. Contacted them numerous times, got shuffled around between people there, finally talked to the owner, will do nothing to help sort out the situation. Absolute garbage. We are debating contacting a lawyer and the BBB. Not sure we have a whole lot of ground, live and learn, but when a local business is the one teaching you that lesson it sure is sad. I very much want to support local, but this kind of stuff really turns a guy off to it.
