“Dr. Cassey and her team are absolutely amazing. We have two small “senior” dogs each with their own health conditions. The staff are always accommodating and treat our babies as if they were their own. Dr. Cassey is wonderful. She is thorough and I have never felt rushed in her office. Over the years we have seen many vets from Montana to Wisconsin and I would say she is by far one of my favorite vets over the last 11 years. This review does not do justice for the the service they provide but hope this makes a difference to those looking for a care team in the area. “I brought our dog to Rockwood Friday with an injury to her paw. The vet was very friendly while she examined our dog. She tried to make pur dog at ease with calm talking and treats. Our dog was diagnosed with and infection in her paw. The vet discussed treatment with medication and answered all my questions.
Monday morning I was surprised to receive a text message from Rockwood asking how the treatment was going.
We've had a lot of vet calls over the years and I am very impressed with Rockwood's Customer Service.
