“We randomly stopped in to BaraBrew a year ago while visiting Devil's Lake and were pleasantly surprised: Despite a mild mannered exterior, the inside hid an incredible find! Well curated with easy pleasers and absolute gems for beer and spirits drinkers alike! Even some of our favorite hard-to-find cans, and a few special bottles. Jim at the front counter made an excellent impression by being helpful, friendly and kind. We were given boxes for our haul and loaded up into the car, very happy with the entire encounter.One year later, a return to the store found the same excellent stock, and Jim still at the front. Barabrew has become a treasure for us, and one we'll return to any time we're in town. Brian, make a note to put a gold star by Jim's name on the company refrigerator. He was an absolute standout, and we're so happy to have run into him again.See you again in a year!”

“The store is very nice and the staff are tremendously friendly. The owner will usually custom order stuff for you if you ask. He also has great amount of knowledge of varying amounts of liquor and is constantly seeking out new things to try. It seems that he's had most seasonal pumpkin beers and has made some great recommendations. For a smaller sized store (read: not Woodman's) they have a great selection especially of beer. They're reasonably priced and there's almost always some sort of sale or give away going on.”

“We often go here for groceries (live in a neighboring town) to avoid Madison. The staff is always friendly and I called to see if they had a specific item in stock before I made the trip over there. Monday, they checked, and did not. Tuesday, I called again, got the same lady, she didn't think they carried the item, but she went back and looked for me, and they HAD THEM BACK IN STOCK. It made my child's night and I thanked her! We left immediately to purchase! Thanks so much Piggly Wiggly!”
