“Jeff and his team were able to resolve a nagging issue with the active suspension system on my 2018 Mercedes Benz GLE 43 AMG. They identified the source of the problem and followed a Mercedes technical bulletin to resolve it.
Communication was great throughout and the price at the end was very reasonable. I've driving it for almost two weeks since the repair and the problem is completely resolved!

Mike at Tires Plus took my call and squeezed me in last minute, despite already having a full schedule of appointments the rest of the evening. I arrived by 5pm. He was super friendly and never once made me feel bad about coming in late. He did a full assessment on my car and not only described what was wrong, but also showed me so I would understand. He was honest and let me know what his recommendations are but never pressured me to get anything done right away. He provided me with a thorough quote for services and allowed me time to decide. “I am a big Costco fan, and the first reason is the workers are great. It's what happens when the CEO makes less and the front line workers make what they are worth. Second, the prices are great. Third, there are more human cashiers than self check out. Third, it's a great place for lunch. There aren't many negatives, but since they concentrate on bulk deals you can't get a small portion of anything and the best deals are ephemeral. They had an amazing low price on cases of 5oz name brand cat food cans and I could only fit 5 in my Fiat 500 and even that hurt my back. But still, I wanted to get some more but they were gone within a week. The other negative is more serious, there are crowds of people shopping at any Costco and this one is busier than others. Some of those people are obnoxious. Really intolerable. What are you going to do?”

“Great experience. I have had repairs/oil changes with at least 8 other shops (not including this one) over the years - this is the best I have had so far. I came in for a routine oil change, and a repair was recommended. Though they usually book a week or so out, they thankfully had an opening the next day, which I took. I wasn't sure if I would leave my car that night or drop it off in the morning. They allowed me to leave that day, without paying for the oil change (trusting I would bring my car back the next day) and performed the repair the next day quickly and at a slightly lower cost than estimated. I would recommend this business.”
