I had a flat tire and needed immediate attention since I own only one car. The associates not only assured me, they also did their job professionally. I appreciate their help during busy hours.

Super annoyed. They told me it would be an hour and 15 min and I have now been waiting an hour and 45 min with a toddler! I had an appointment and now all of my frozen food will probably be thawed. They clearly need more help or something. I'd rather pay more money and go somewhere that is faster, honestly.

An hour and twenty to install tires with the first appointment of their day. What a joke. Didn’t even clean the tire snot off or recognize how poor the service was. Plenty of other places to get tires.
