THEY ARE NOT CLLOSED!!Just got off the their 800 numbers, Russell did a FANTASTIC job walking me through ordering 2 batteeries (handheld radio - battery back up for a computer) and a desktop charger. Russell knows his stuff and was very fast at it. All 3 items are is stock and will be shipped today or tomorrow.(note to Google - they moved to a new location, their telephone number is still the same)

May change if and when I get the order . Unlike all other online orders I have not received a confirmation and no answer to my email. I will have to call I guess and probably cancel You cannot wait weeks when your batteries' are dead.

I ordered a lithium-ion replacement battery for my radio. The price was fair, and I was able to choose priority shipping for $7.95. To my surprise the battery arrived within a week, and there was no extra charge for shipping to Hawaii.

Ordered a rechargeable battery for a radio. Received it few days after the order, charged it and attempted to use it about a week later, but it would not turn the radio on. I called and spoke with Russell, who agreed it was likely a bad battery and he said, "we'll get this taken care of this week for you." It took 3 1/2 weeks to get a replacement battery....only after I called after 3 weeks asking where the replacement was. They told me that they had to order more batteries, just got them in and it would ship out that day. It would have been nice to know that from the get go. The only good news here is that the replacement battery is working well. Would not order from them again based on this experience.

Don't risk damaging your electronics with these junk batteries. Bought one for ham equipment. Had malfunctions and overheating. Asked them and got the "never heard of that before". Emailed saying the temp was not normal and wanted to return (3 days after purchase), and they said they would only exchange it for a different peice of junk. Feeling wooried my radio would burn up, I asked for a refund. They went dark on me and wont show the basic courtesy and respect to return an email. Save yourself from damaged equipment and general hassle. DONT buy this junk.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this company after many years of doing business with them. On the very few occasions that there's been a problem they've always made things right. They stock a dizzying array of solutions for an enormous variety of applications. I have no hesitation about purchasing from them and will continue to do so.

Placed my order for 4 replacement battery paks for my Kenwood HT's on 2/14/18. On 2/21 sent an email requesting delivery info. No response as of 3/2. Sent another email. No response as of 3/9 so called them and spoke to Donna who transferred me to Russel. Russell explained the paks originally had NiCad batteries and they were hard to get. I expected that to be the case. Russell said he had NMiH batteries he would sub at the same price as NiCad's and could ship the next day. We had technical discussions about some concerns I had and he was very helpful. By 3/19 I still didn't have my battery paks so called again. Russell admitted he did not have enough HMiH batteries to make up all four of my packs when we origionally spoke. He had since made up the packs and they were shipped USPS express. I should have them by 3/31. I understand this is a small business. All things considered, once you reach someone to talk to, they seem to want to make sure their customers are satisfied. It's been a month since my order was placed. Hope to receive my battery packs tomorrow. We'll see. I don't recommend sending emails though! Start with phone call.

Needed a battery to fit an old piece of inspection equipment. They had it at about half the price I would have paid in Canada, and even with the shipping it was at least $20 cheaper. No problems at all with transaction or shipping. Plan on buying more from them.

Great products. If you think you are receiving bad customer service, remember, it's a small mom & pop business. Literally. Give them a chance. They could be bigger with dedicated customer service but then they'd be higher priced. Take a breath. Support a small business.

Waste of time. Bought a 1600 mAh replacement battery for a Kenwood TR-2500 radio. Was not told the original Kenwood charger would not work with this battery. Talked with a technical representative who told me to use a 12v 300 ma charger, which I did. Battery still would not take a charge. Talked to Mary who said I would be sent a shipping label to return the battery. The label never came. Called again and was told so label forthcoming, that I would have to send it via mail myself for a refund. My time is worth more money than the $40 for the useless piece of junk they sold me. It goes in the garbage, along with their business cards and any chance of me every buying anything from them again. The only reason I could not rate them as 0 stars is because the review would not let me.

Warning, this company is terrible. Ordered a battery they said was in stock. Later find out it isn't. Then can't get them to respond via email or phone. Also they will tell you over the phone, when you do finally get in touch, that they have it in stock, but call back the next day and it is back on back order. Stay Away.
