I have been going to Burn for 7 years now and it has changed my life for the better in EVERY way possible. The workouts are set up to meet all fitness levels and in over 1800 camps I have never done the same workout twice. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. The community is unmatched. We are truly a family- working to support each others' goals in/out of the gym. I don't know where I would be without Burn Bootcamp. It is a MUST try if you have ever thought about joining!

I have been going to Burn Boot Camp in Middleton for a few years. It’s more than a gym, but a community of people pushing you and encouraging you. I have found so much strength and confidence here- and it keeps me coming back to camp every day. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the team.

I was timid to go try something new. Working out wasn't new to me, but two kids and a pandemic put working out on the back burner.My first class everyone was honestly welcoming and not in a fake way, truly supportive of each other. The second class was the same way as well and I bet the future classes will be too!The workout was full body, not boring and left feeling much better mentally and physically and better able to tackle the rest of the day.Ill be back!

I’ve been going to Burn for a few years now and still love it! It’s the one consistent thing that I do just for me. Because of Burn, I’ve grown stronger and have made some amazing friends along the way.

I love this gym! I joined January 2023 to prepare for a 15k Tough Mudder after only running and doing yoga for years. With the support of the owners, trainers and other members, I have become stronger than ever, seeing muscles I never knew I had, and having the confidence and strength to get through the Tough Mudder unscathed. Coming to the gym and being a part of such a great community has been so rewarding. Thanks, Sammi and Colton and everyone else!

Can’t recommend this fitness community enough! Owners Colton and Sammy, along with their training staff, are incredibly knowledgeable and patient, always willing to meet you where you are in your fitness journey and progress toward your goals. Anyone, no matter their fitness level or ability, can get a great workout at Burn Middleton! Complimentary child watch and 1-1 focus meetings enhance the membership and make it a great value!

This is the best gym I have ever belonged to. I moved to Wisconsin from the east coast and was quickly introduced to what they call “midwest nice.” Everyone at the gym was so welcoming - including the members! I felt like I joined a family, which was so comforting when my family was over 600 miles away. The trainers are absolutely incredible and motivate you to do your best not just on the floor but throughout the day. The workouts are tough with plenty of modification options. When I started a year and a half ago, I was modifying down majority of the workouts, but today I am amazed at the progress I’ve made as I modify UP most movements! It is amazing to have a coach that stops and spends time with you to make sure your form is correct so that you are not only working out safe, but targeting the correct muscles. I would recommend this place to anyone!!P.S. sign up for checkins because I saw amazing results doing these and wish I started earlier!

The workouts here are top notch, but what makes this place even better are the trainers and owners. You can tell the owners are hands on and very involved at their gym. Great place!

I have found my home again after the pandemic! I used to faithfully go to the gym and was working out at home during Covid but missed the human interaction. The trainers are so motivating & positive. It feels like a big family - all ages and abilities.

What an amazing place! The instructors are all great and these workouts kick your butt (in a good way)!The added bonus of free childcare is amazing! The staff are all so sweet and my son looks forward to going!

What a high energy gym for anyone trying to achieve their fitness goals. The workouts are different everyday so it's impossible to plateau. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and truly care about the progress of each member. It's a very motivating environment and highly recommend to anyone!

Been working out in health clubs for 35+ years, and very few have I experienced owners/employees who work so hard at getting to know each member, making each experience fun and enjoyable (including holiday dress-up "theme" week - ha ha!!), and overall encouraging each individual to really push themselves. Each day's routines are always working a different muscle group, and its never the same routine twice.Sammi Jo, Colton, Ann and the rest of the staff always have a smile when my hubby and I walk through the door. Even our college-age daughters want to come with us when they are home on breaks (or... perhaps its cause we are such cool parents?? ? ?)! Either way, I am really glad we discovered Burn as it's our complete workout regime now, and we couldn't be happier with the results. ?

Burn Middleton is an amazing atmosphere. The trainers keep you motivated to push yourself and the members keep one another going through tough classes. The combination of cardio and strength classes keeps things interesting and you are never bored. The classes are all fast-paced to keep you moving and challenging yourself. After going to Burn consistently, I felt so strong and healthy. Challenging myself with heavier weights and surprising myself with what I can do is one of my favorite parts! If you need to change up your workout routine, I would 10/10 recommend Burn to anyone!
