If I could give them 0 stars I would. Mind you, I have been in repair situations before, NEVER and I mean NEVER have I had an experience this bad.
From constant delays, broken promises, and below subpar communication I would never recommend the Middleton Caliber to anyone.
The parts advisor, Kelly Dimick, refused to call me back when I first dropped off my car. I then have to walk over there, in person, during the winter, to demand to get some sort of consistent updates because I explained to him that I was not given a rental. I can't even make scheduling arrangements at work if I don't know what time my car will be completed.
Even despite getting the text updates, eventually (Early December), my completion date was delayed over 10 times! I dropped off my car on 11/10 with an original completion date of 11/21. After lighting a fire under them, I still did not receive it until 12/23. I missed Thanksgiving and was not going to miss Christmas as well.
Even despite expressing my complaints to his manager, Dean Dzbinski, instead of taking the opportunity to do the right thing, he still tried to refuse waving my deductible. For once, thank God for Progressive. They made them do the right thing.
Long story short, if you have other options don't take the risk, go somewhere else.

I got my car fixed to include the windshield wiper fluid container and I realized once I was driving and window was dirty two days later I had absolutely no fluid in the container. You’d think they’d refill the container after paying over $1500. Not safe to drive like this, was unexpected otherwise I would’ve added fluid!

Caliber did a great job on my old T and C van.. The front end of the van looked good as new when it was finished.. All the staff I delt with we're on top of it and courteous in my dealings..
The process took a bit longer than I expected , however , I don't fault the company.. Parts , etc. take time to get together..
I would recommend this company for collision repair and not hesitate to use them again if I needed...
Kelly did well by me ..Always kept in touch as the process moved forward..Hats off to Dean also...

This place is a joke. This is a chain store. If you want quality go someplace else. I have not had any work done by them but just by first impressions there's no way they are touching by car.

Terrible, disrespectful customer service experience. Caliber would not take any responsibility for miscommunication that led to a large unexpected expense that they would not share in the cost of. I will never bring a vehicle back to Caliber.

Dave and his team at Caliber Collision of Middleton are fantastic. I hit a deer about a week ago at low speed. There was a small amount of cosmetic damage done and I was unsure whether anything more serious lurked beneath the service. The folks at Caliber carefully inspected my car to ensure no structural damage was done, fixed the cosmetic issues and attended to a ding unrelated to the deer collision. They did all of this in approximately 1 day! No one wants to visit a body shop, but if you must this is the one to go to. Thanks Dave and co!

Very satisfied with their paintless dent repair. Had a door ding that I wanted fixed without going through insurance, and Dave at Caliber Collision gave me a estimate that was very reasonable. Scheduled the repair for a couple of weeks later, and the repair was exactly what they quoted and took about 45 minutes. The entire experience of getting the quote, scheduling the repair, getting notified of a reminder, and walking out the door with the repair exceeding my expectations was enough to earn my repeat business.
I used to be loyal to Auto Color in Middleton, but this may be my new favorite place.

Had my brand new GTI brought here after it was backed into. They took amazing care of the car and fixed everything. Becky was amazing and webt above and beyond for me. The paint job they did is perfect and the damage to the door jam was done so well (Thanks Zipp!). Absolutely will recommend this shop for collision repair. They brought her back to new and like nothing happened.

Had an antenna replaced / repaired on our 2018 Chevrolet Equinox. Overall ... could not be more impressed or satisfied. Communication was timely, clear. Cost was over $200 less than what two dealerships quoted me. Job was completed in a timely manner. When I picked up our vehicle, it had been washed perfectly. Opened the door and the INSIDE had been cleaned perfectly as well. Attention to detail is top notch!
Dave was the MAN!! Just a great experience.
