I tried 3 different times (April 16,April 22 and May 2,) within this past month to order a pair of Denim slim Pull-on boot-cut Jeggings size 1.5, style #570311465. Each time, I would get a “processing” email and then later it would cancel the order due to being “out of stock”. A few days later, I would check online to see if they restocked, and when it was, I would place the order again. The last two times, I called to speak to a representative and they even told me what store was sending them. Then I’d get a “out of stock” email again. Most of the clothes in my closet are Chico’s items but It looks like I’m done with this store since the customer service people will say anything to get you off the line. This store will soon be out of business very soon if they keep on with the shady business antics that I have experienced with in this past month! There are plenty of stores out there who still value loyal customers and offer great customer service, and I’m moving on to them!

My first visit to Chico's in Middleton today, and it won't be my last! Many thanks to Martha for her expertise and a truly enjoyable shopping experience. The quality of the clothing (fabric, design) is excellent and superior to what I have been seeing in other women's retail outlets.

I had the most amazing experience here. I stumbled upon this store by chance. I needed an outfit for a company party. I went to different shops in town, but without help and attention it was hard for me to shop. As soon as I walked in I was asked what I was looking for, they listened. And they DELIVERED. Jody, Meg and Wendy were super helpful. Jody was my main assistant and had so many great ideas and suggestions: she got my size right and I was offered a variety of pieces to try. Every associate in the store gave me their feedback. I did not feel pressured at all. I also caught a sale and walked out with a variety of pieces that fit my needs besides the one I came in here for . The clothes is also of a good quality. I normally don't write reviews on-line good or bad, but this was exceptional.

The salespeople in Chico’s in Middleton WI are fantastic. They assisted me without hounding me and helped me find the perfect outfits for my body type. Jodi was fun, professional, and had great styling ideas. She is a wonderful asset to your team!! I’ll be returning to this store!!

First time I visited and loved it! Clothes were expensive but are a great quality and I caught a sale. Don't be intimidated by the weird sizing. Clothes fit great and feel good. This is a full service store with excellent staff. I'll be back!
