I had a 5 star visit with the store manager. She proved to be flexible, kind and committed. I called thirty minutes before they closed and she stayed late to cut my hair. Wonderful service

Horrible horrible experience that older Asian lady that used to work on Watts and gammon rd cost cutter now it’s permanently shut down and I remember going there couple of times and she has a horrible customer service. That’s why I canceled my appointment a few times when I found out she is the one who’s gonna cut my hair.. Now she works at the cost Cutter on N. Gammon Rd. And I already made the appointment. I was there with my two kids that’s why I couldn’t cancel my appointment or else. I definitely would have canceled that appointment with that lady and I am pretty sure the reason the previous store got shut down because of her customer service. When I did told her my experience, she said you have a choice and I know I have a choice. That’s why I wanted to give her one more chance but she messed up and she tells me I have a choice so in this lifetime I will never ever go to that location if she works there. and we have a whole Asian community. I am telling entire community not to go there. Address over there is 1017 North Gammon Rd. I am an adult. She tells me I move too much and I’m thinking how can she ever cut the kids here if she tells adult that we are moving too much
