Regular customer until they ran out of my medication for 3rd time. No one told me, nor called me back in line. They just let me sit, waiting, wondering what was going on. Finally at 1 hr. Mark I asked the cashier what was wrong. At that point, I was informed they were out of my meds. I left, went home, called UW Pharm, they Transferred & filled it deal done! Time to get new policy and pharmacist!

Costco's policy regarding controlled substances needing a diagnosis code are terrible, especially when the provider is really hard to contact.

Smart & friendly staff with best prices around... Not only did Pharmacist Sean notice an error made by a different Costco pharmacy in Florida (they charged me & gave the WRONG syringe size for my dog's insulin which could have been VERY dangerous), he made corrections in the computer system so that kind of error couldn't happen again, AND he didn't charge me when I picked up the CORRECT size syringes. Plus, Pharmacist Sean was friendly. Costco has the best price for Vetsulin (a special insulin for dogs) I've been able to find.

Monthly once or twice I go to Costco and get stuff in bulk. Good thing is they only stock good products. They dont stock every kind of product and confuse the customer. Costco food court is incredible value. I generally go for hot dog, pizza and an ice cream. I also love their prepared foods, which I can heat it up for the next couple of days.

This costco is super close to the hotel I'm staying, so i decided to drive here to get gas, but i went around the costco building and didn't find the gas station. I almost gave up and decided to went in store first, then i saw one guy is uploading his purchased stuff, so i asked him, he said the gas station is one block away, so i actually followed him snd finally get the gas station. I was expecting to see something unique for Wisconsin, yes, i saw Wisconsin beer! Interesting!

The guy who worked there put in extra time for me so I would save more money and not have to pay so much for my prescription. Seriously appreciate it!! Also they are always really nice there. Been to a lot of pharmacies where they are rude but they are amazing here!

I’ve been watching this pharmacy slowly go down the tubes over the last few years. It was really good when Ben was there but more recently after he went to work for the new Verona location the pharmacy is in a death spiral. I have spent almost two hours in Costco this week to only get the wrong prescriptions, angry employees that are understaffed and complete disarray. It’s sad to see what has become of a great pharmacy.

I love Costco it's definitely worth going when you have a big family!! Love the testers and let me tell you there little food court is good. Recommend the pepperoni pizza. I will definitely go back.

Their entrance door employees are so rude! If you don’t show your card right away they get such an attitude. I use to love coming to this store. Now I’m scared of getting yelled at! I’m paying for a membership that should not have such disrespect and attitude with it. The other day I was there and they must not of saw my card but they sure as heck can run because they chased me down! I was like omg I’m not crossing international boarders here! I have a business membership as well. I think I will be going to get a refund and will be driving to Janesville to Samsclub! Good bye Costco. Maybe instead of building another store in Verona first invest in some sensitive training for your employees!
