I have to say that the tires are awesome, I got them for a very reasonable price, and the installation was done very well. Unfortunately I had to give two stars because the young girl at the service desk was absolutely awful.I got stuck at work a little late, and knew I would be running a little late for my 6:30pm appointment. I called ahead of time to see if it would be ok if I’m running 10-15 minutes late or if I should reschedule as I live an hour away and didn’t want to make a 2 hour round trip if I wouldn’t be able to get in that evening. After calling SEVERAL times with no one answering the phone I decided to drive that way. On the way I made SEVERAL more phone calls to insure my spot with no answer. After arriving in the parking lot, I tried calling the auto department one more time to ask where to put my vehicle with again no answer.. so I found a parking spot and walking inside where I arrived at an unattended auto center desk with phone endlessly ringing at exactly 6:45. A young girl finally walked up to the desk, and said since it was 17 minutes after my appointment they gave my spot away and could no longer help me.I find it absolutely RIDICULOUS that my appointment was just given away to a walk in without a phone call to check in with me or any attention whatsoever to their incoming calls. This young girl couldn’t have cared less while I explained to her the situation of how I don’t live nearby and tried calling MANY times to insure my spot. She just nodded and gave me the fakest customer service “I understand but we can’t help you” response.Thank goodness a gentleman from the auto center ( a technician maybe?) came up and said they would get my car in that night. Unfortunately they did put me at the end of the line which forced me to wait in store for over two hours.. which I still think is grossly unjust .. but at least I was able to get my tires after all that.Y’all really need someone more qualified and professional working the auto center desk.

If you are buying new tires or having them replaced, you should not do so at Costco.Price: Middle of the road 5/10Service: Awful, the time it took to replace the tires was twice what they initially told me. Additionally, they replaced my lugg nuts without asking me ahead of time. I asked them to take the new lug nuts off since I didn’t want to have my lugg nuts replaced and just wanted new tires installed, but they said they were closing, they would have to keep my car overnight, and that I would have to pick it up the next day.

Miserable service. Told it would take 30 to 45 minutes. An hour later told that they were "just pulling my car in". I was left sitting with a cold pizza for an additional 45 minutes before it was ready. Overall, expect 1:45 hr.

I bought tires at Costco for both of my vehicles. I don't have a problem with the tires themselves its the free tire rotation appointments that have been subpar. Yesterday I took my car in for my free 6000 mile rotation. I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. That was fine as I always browse the store while I wait. I completed my shopping early and took a seat in the food area and waited for the phone call to tell me my service was done. At about the hour and 15 minute mark I decided to go to the tire desk and check on the status of my tires. The guy asked for my name and said he would go back and check. Turns out my car had been done for awhile but nobody had called me to tell me this. I sat there wasting my evening for who knows how long because they did not tell me my car was ready. If this had been the first time that had happened I would be annoyed but would let it slide. But this wasn't - it was the second time! The other annoying thing is every time I get my tires rotated there, my car tire inflation alert system gets messed up. Within a few miles of driving away I get the low tire pressure alert on my dash. Sometimes I can fix it by using the recalibrate feature, but last night I could not. So now I either have to go back in to have them adjust this or I have to stop and check each tire to see if they are low. They were just fine before the appointment so obviously something was screwed up during the rotation process. I will think twice about purchasing tires at Costco in the future.

We were told that they could not patch had to replace, couldn't approve a job over the phone, needed to change all four tires but were out of normal tires (only have the high end option), and lastly that the nuts were so stripped that they couldn't get the tire off. Went to Honda - patched in ten minutes. Never going back to these grifters and neither should you.

Amazing service!! We had a non-recoverable flat tire and Joey worked above and beyond to connect the team to our situation and the entire group took such great take care to get us through on a very busy day. Thorough, thoughtful, and timely group. We were blown away how quickly they were able to complete the service.

I had a great experience at this location. The technician who installed my tires was thorough and polite. Setting up my appointment was easy.

At only a dozen pumps - 6 lanes with 2 pumps each - this gas station is on the smaller side for a Costco operation. Still, gas prices are generally 10-20 cents/gallon cheaper than the next best neighborhood alternatives, so it's a useful perk to have if you do a lot of driving and/or need a Costco membership anyway. As with most Costco gas stations, waits during peak hours can be long. There are no "lite-brite" signs above each lane, like in California, to alert you to an open pump, so most people tend to move up 2 at a time, which creates a bit of inefficiency in terms of pumps that aren't constantly utilized. And, of course, there are no squeegees, restrooms, or convenience facilities.

I was a little nervous based on the previous reviews, but I found a great deal on tires online and ordered them. It took two weeks for them to arrive, but I was able to book an appointment for installation right away. The appointment at 4 pm on a Friday was done in 30 minutes. All around a great experience!

Bought tires and had them installed at Costco in Middleton. They were understaffed at the check-in so it took a while but the person was working as quickly as they could. Left my car and went to work because I hate waiting for services as even oil changes can take longer than they say. They called 2.5 hours afterward to say it was done and I picked up after work. Again, one person checking everyone out so again a wait so it would be nice if they could get more staff.Overall everything was good! If you can drop off and pick up at your convenience, that's the way to go.

Their entrance door employees are so rude! If you don’t show your card right away they get such an attitude. I use to love coming to this store. Now I’m scared of getting yelled at! I’m paying for a membership that should not have such disrespect and attitude with it. The other day I was there and they must not of saw my card but they sure as heck can run because they chased me down! I was like omg I’m not crossing international boarders here! I have a business membership as well. I think I will be going to get a refund and will be driving to Janesville to Samsclub! Good bye Costco. Maybe instead of building another store in Verona first invest in some sensitive training for your employees!
