We came to Wisconsin Dells for a week vacation , we needed to get a refill on a prescription. It was an hours drive each way to get it.It really is very to believe that there isn't one in Wisconsin dells. Their customers are treated like red headed stepchildren having to drive that far to fill a prescription. I sure am glad I don't live up here full time.

We were treated with extra care by all associates. Also they took extra time do do research for a product I was looking for. We are very pleased with CVS thank you for your service to us.

this location is not doing much to change CVS's reputation for being the boost mobile of pharmacies. wellcreek is a block away and they are local.

Nice place. Service has been good every time I needed something. I can’t speak about their online/drive-thru services since I always go in-store for things here, but the staff I’ve interacted with are very nice and helpful

We have had our family's Rx at this location for years. We have put up with a lot. Lost Rx. Long waits. Crazy hours. Rude service. But this one broke my loyalty. Dropped off Rx for after surgery meds. 30 minutes they tell me. Ok. They are busy and short handed. Give 'em a break eh?Return 40 minutes later (give them some extra time). At window. I see them walking around, even look at me. Come on I am here 2x month. BUT today no acknowledgement. Not even their typical excuse. 25 minutes before I get a "can I help you?" Are you kidding me????Enough is enough. No apology. No excuse about how busy and short handed they are. Just about toss the pills at me. Be gone!I may just be a dad with a wife and six kids. This location officially sucks. They broke me. Move your Rx to Walgreens on Pheasant Branch. We all deserve friendly, helpful service. This CVS location is off my list.

I really like this CVS. As a chain I like CVS, but my health insurance forced my family to go to Walgreens, which I really dislike. That's not what I'm writing about, and the reason I'm leaving one single star is because the store during my 10 minute shopping experience was LITERALLY unmanned!At first I just didn't see anyone. But after I wandered the entire store and gathered the primary item I came for as well as a few others I thought I should have, I walked to the front. No employee. I again walked the entire store and sure enough I was by myself! I saw 3 youngish people loitering g outside. Two smoking and one I think may have walked from the store just as I'd arrived. My first thought was two of those people were the employees and they are completely aware that they don't care about their job and should probably be fired. So I proceeded to use the self checkout system which clearly was designed to one day eliminate EVERY HUMAN requiring a salary. But didn't think till tonight it's been put into motion. I'm really irked. The CVS corporate ass hats are being looted and robbed at their stores across the country and so since Madison Wisconsin is apparently not yet plagued with this epidemic, they've seemingly decided to open the doors and in short order the animals will figure it out and empty this place and like Chicago, LA, Portland, Seattle and numerous others the sh1t will hit the fan here too. But just as I was leaving a man walked up a bit embarrassed I think and told me he had to use the bathroom. That blows. He was and IS running the store at around 9pm well after dark solo. These companies are so needlessly greedy that they cry profits are down so they don't or won't hire a staff. Who is watching the till? Nobody. This young man could've been robbed and murdered and no one would have a clue. I'm still in the parking lot writing this. 30 minutes ago I arrived. Not one single individual has even entered the parking lot. It's a Wednesday evening. The three loiterers from outside were gone when I walked back outside 20 minutes ago. WAKE UP CVS! If this man gets robbed or the store looted, he's not to be entirely at fault. YOU ASS HATS IN CORPORATE ARE FULLY AT FAULT.

The Pharmacist, when you actually talk to them are knowledgeable and have corrected doses for us a couple times which is great. However, the techs that help out seem pretty useless when it comes to logic. Two examples:1. I got a COVID test and gave my insurance, I was charged full price and asked about it, they said I had to order online for pick up for my insurance to cover it (which makes no sense to begin with). So I said, okay take it back then and was told, sorry no returns. Logic would imply letting me know that insurance won't cover it BEFORE you charge me if you "cannot return" the box still in your hands.2. They offered to email a receipt. We never got the receipt. We called and asked about this and asked them just to print it. They stated they cannot print it, we should just go online and search for it. HOW?! We don't have an online account, which also makes me curious, when they offered to email it, was there even an email on file or are they just being illogical robots following protocols and not using their brains yet again?

My first and last time I'll EVER go there. Scheduled a drivethru covid and flu test. Signing up was easy and I got there 5 minutes early. The place seemed deserted, though I could see two pharmacists(?) inside ignoring me. After a ten minute wait one of them asked if I wanted a prescription filled. No, I came for my scheduled covid test! She informed me no one was available to take the test....I left and will never go back again!!

When I say I hate absolutely hate having to get my medicine from here is an understatement! EVERY TIME I go here to pick up my medicine it takes forever! This time someone was sitting in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. Your workers are slow! Then you have the audacity to text stating you will put back the medicine! Get it together! If I could give no stars I would!

I like CVS much better than Walgreens. The staff is great. Quick and professional. They offered information about the meds as well as COVID. I received the vaccine at a CVS and I will schedule the booster as soon as possible. This store is clean and the staff is well groomed. I would rather shop at CVS and get meds here than say a hi-vee or a Walmart. Plus, it’s really close to my house.

Always enjoy my visits to to store. Staff is friendly and verbally greets me. It is clean and well organized.The pharmacy is helpful and organized.Glad it is close to me.

I was told by the attendant who helped with my COVID test that my results would be back in 1-2 days. She handed me a testing information sheet that said my results will be back in 1-2 days. After two days I call, and they say oh no that's wrong it takes 2-3 days. It's been 3 days now with no results. I call again at noon. They say they should be in by 5:00pm. It's 5:35pm. Don't ever go here for a COVID test. They will waste your time and prevent you from spending time with your friends while you wait. Go to Walgreens or literally anywhere else.

Wish 0 stars was possible. DO NOT go here for COVID testing. My kid just missed an entire week of school because they "cancelled out" his test without telling us and we sat home waiting for results...
