I find the CVS at Middleton, WI VERY CLEAN. The team members are graceful and professional. Although I can clearly see that there’s not much helping hands, they smoothly transition from shelving or doing other things to the check out counter and graciously greet us, ask us whether we found everything we needed; they also ask whether they can help us, if they notice that I am trying to find something. I really love them

Staff is great, but ownership could maintain the inside and outside of the property with a bit more care. Nevermind sweeping the lot or maintaining the landscaping, but I don't think it's even been vacuumed inside over the last year. The same detritus on the carpet inside the main entrance is going to spring to life soon. 😆

CVS on Century Avenue has the best staff. All CVS locations seem to have less staff since self checkout was introduced, but this location keeps a close lookout if you need help at the checkout, self checkout or in the store. I love the Extracare Plus membership. At $48 for a full year membership, I get $10 Extrabucks each month (that's $120 per year!), free shipping with $10+ (no need to step into store if I choose) and $3 for my birthday!

Negative----NO----- Stars! WORSE experience ever in the so called "Neighborly City!" BLACK FOLKS STAY AWAY!
I was targeted today at the CVS at Century/Allen (exact address 6210 Century Avenue). I went to purchase a fan, which I asked for assistance to find. I followed the store employee to different areas before she located the fan aisle. Then, I thought about buying a beverage by the refrigerated areas, before deciding not to. I went directly to the self-checkout and cashed out. When I left, with fan in hand, there was a police officer, waiting for me, outside asking all kinds of ridiculous questions.like, " "Have you stole something?" Well, have you stole something from this store before?" Then he asked to see my bags. I had on a backpack and I was carrying a small beige and white tote (and the fan). I sat the fan and the white tote on the ground. It was small and did not close on the top, so I pulled the straps wide so he could clearly see my papers and files inside. Then, I took off my backpack and opened it. There was a laptop, book and small files inside there as well. While all of this was occurring, 2 more police officers arrived. One, trying to make small talk, asking all kinds of irrelevant questions. The other cop asked for my ID which I gave him. He took it to the car to check it out---- found nothing because I'm not a criminal. Long story short, the police apologized and the initial officer said he went and talked to them and found out someone had been stealing with a white bag. I guess if you are a short, black woman; do NOT shop in CVS on Century and Allen in Middleton, because the (very few and ignorant) employees who work there will think you are a thief and call the Middleton Police Department. I asked the police to stick around so that I could return the damn fan. I WILL NOT shop where I am targeted, thought of as a thief and then have to answer to the police. I did and will offer one piece of advice for all of the CVS employees of the world. Anyone who has ever worked in retail knows that a thief is not going to seek your help and your attention if their intent is to steal. Why would they draw attention to themselves? The fool who completed my return was the same employee who helped me find the fan. What type of DAMN sense does this make? Why not hire more people to work in the store and actually work in areas where the customers are present? If you think someone is suspicious, stick around them, they will probably leave. SIDE NOTE---When I went into the store with the cop, to process my return; there was NO employee in sight. I yelled out, HELLO, HELLO!!!! No one, the cop had to walk somewhere in the back of the store to FIND an employee. RIDICULOUS and I WILL NEVER shop there, again........
Don't shop where you are NOT LIKED or APPRECIATED! There are too many options in Madison for this kind of utter nonsense and unwarranted delay! I'm DONE!

Frustrated. I like CVS. I use to receive a coupon for 40% off one regular priced item. I used them all the time. Once a week. Sometimes twice if they sent them. Now I get a coupon 20%. CVS has high prices. 40 off is worth me shopping there 20 is not. Sorry I won’t be back. Unless you go back to 40 % coupons
