My dog gets so excited when we get within 2 blocks of the Middleton Dogtopia! She can't wait to see her dog and human friends. The staff is friendly and kind. We love to watch our dog on the Webcam.

Our dog Mia loves Dogtopia and the team is very nice, respectful, responsive and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to socialize their dog, but want the peace of mind that they are safe and having fun!

I wrote a review as "neptune vulpis" and they flagged my review for removal because I had "never been a customer" well here's the funny thing about that. This isn't my real name. I am concealing my real name because the owner of this location is known to be volatile. I am a former employee of this location. This is my experience. The rooms are horribly kept. It reeks of urine. Multiple dogs leave with signs of stress. This is not a safe place to bring your dog. They leave one employee with 30-40 dogs, sometimes more. Dogs often eat each other's feces because no one person can handle that many dogs. It's inhumane for the people and the dogs. They go through employees very quickly. They have an insanely high turnover rate and it shows. Do not trust dogtopia. And don't remove a review over a name. People use alternative names online all the time. It isn't new. And don't use that as your excuse to prune reviews you don't like.

I adore this place and everyone that works there! From boarding to training sessions, they have hands-down the best employees! They are professional and approachable throughout the doggy chaos. As a nurse, I have a hectic work schedule, Dogtopia has put my mind at ease when scheduling day care with them and I know Truman is in great care, not to mention I know he is having FUN. We have been working with Stephanie T. for training, she is everything you would want in a trainer and more. She is kind, collaborative, knowledgeable, and energetic. I could go on and on about this place, thanks for all you do you guys, you are appreciated more than you know. Truman and I are lucky to have you!

Don't trust this place. They often have one employee taking care of 30-40 dogs, the rooms reek of urine, and. A lot of dogs end up leaving with signs of significant stress. This isn't a safe place to bring your dog. I couldn't recommend this place less. Please don't bring your dog here. Also worth noting that the staff turnover is extremely high. All of this seems symptomatic of a bigger issue with this location.

The staff here are great and make drop off and pickup really convenient. In the morning we pull up to the door and someone comes out, greets me, opens the back door of my car and takes our dog inside. In the afternoon they bring him back out again let me know how his day went.My little boy (6 months) is very skiddish around other dogs, on his first weekday of doggy daycare the staff took the time to stay with him to try and get him to interact with the other dogs but he basically just hid out trying to get as far away from the other dogs and noise as he could. Instead of just leaving him there and letting him "get used to the other dogs" which would have freaked him out the kind and considerate staff took him up front in the office area and called me to let me know what happened. They suggested that it may be a good idea for that day to pick him up as he was kinda overwhelmed but let me there was no hurry if I was busy. When I did pick him up he was having the time of his life up front getting tons of attention, I can't tell how grateful I was that they were taking such good care of him. They also suggested we start him out with Saturday puppy play time which we are doing and things are going very well there. He's getting more comfortable being around other dogs and playing in a pack!

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I could tell that each one of them truly cared about their work. During our meet and greet they took the time to answer any questions I had. My dog seemed to love his first time at doggy daycare! We will definitely be returning to Dogtopia for daycare, boarding, and grooming services.

Staff here love dogs, I don't think iv ever looked at the camera and not see them being paid attention to through out the day. If any thing happens they reach out promptly and take care of your dogs. Prices arnt to terrible but from my experience worth the money.

I am an ex-employee. Your dogs are NOT taken care of well here. They will come home smelling of urine and feces, I've seen them covered in mats. Their rooms for the dogs are disgusting, maybe get a deep clean once a month. The cages they keep dogs in are improperly cleaned and it is more likely to get your dog sick. I've even had a dog who was sick at the daycare, THEY SHOVED HER INTO THE UTILITIES CLOSET FOR QUARANTINE! Ive come in with dogs fecal matter all over their kennels, sleeping in it! Your dogs will end up ill or worse. The training the company provides is a joke, they don't prepare you for anything as an employee and set you up for failure.

My husband & I love the team at Dogtopia! All team members are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve been sending our rescue pup for many years and know he’s being well taken care of. The team members have become like family and even take time to get to know us. The cameras are a plus and give us peace of mind.

Negative Stars, had to make it 3 so the review would post, because the owner has been flagging bad reviews as false, confusing the Google security AI.The interviews for new employees is putting them in the "play rooms" without any training for 2 hours to clean up feces for free. This is a completely unprofessional way to vet potential candidates to staff this expensive daycare. They asked applicants zero questions about experience with dogs before putting them in a room with about 30 dogs, with a pouch that has poo bags and what is essentially dog mace spray "in case the dogs get out of hand".I would never send my dog here. The cages are all rusty and dirty. I say cages, because they aren't nice enough to be crates anymore. One dog was chewing on a piece of rusted metal that had broken off the cage during an aggressive play scuffle.Older, quiet and shy dogs had no safe space in a room with aggressive play and endless noise. There's no toys or outdoor space for small dogs. They force all the dogs to go to the bathroom in the play room, so well trained dogs have to go through the anxiety of breaking the rules they learned at home, and dogs in training experience inconsistencies. They mopped with dirty cleaning solutions and an old mop head. It is a breeding ground for bacteria and potential infections. The smell was horrendous.- Reporting negative reviews and making your staff leave positive ones doesn't change the condition of your facilities.

Rio loves his days at Dogtopia. He literally jumps for joy when we leave the house each morning. The staff are so positive and always have smiles on their faces. It is a great feeling knowing he is in such good and caring hands and is living his best life at Dogtopia!

My boy Olaf H was asked not to return to BRAND X doggie daycare due to guarding a girlfriend. Your staff have shown him loving guidance from the first meeting. You see him as I do. A sometimes scaredy-dog who blossoms with encouragement. Thanks for all you do for our family! XOXO and slobbery snugs. Yours, Ole

Sierra always leaves the car with a waggy, happy tail when she’s dropped off for daycare. She’s always excited to see who’s coming out to get her! I think her favorite activity happens in the summer when the hose comes out. She loves going after the water!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff know me and my dog. Rosie comes home happy and tired after a day at Dogtopia! Dog socialization is so important and this has been wonderful for all those cold days when the dog park is not an option.
