Terrible business.I made an appointment for an oil change 2 weeks ahead of time and specifically said I would be waiting with my child for it to be done. They scheduled it wrong. My appointment was for 9am and they didn’t start so I went to ask what time they could start so I could leave with my 2 year old and come back later so we wouldn’t have to wait outside in the cold for hours. He said he booked the appointment wrong so the would not have time for at least an hour. Then with further questioning as he did not communicate well at all, he said they wouldn’t have time at 10:15 either. So he was basically not going to be honest with me about wait times after he was 100% at fault for his scheduling error. Takes a seriously terrible person to just leave a parent outside with a young child without telling them you won’t actually be able to do the oil change at all in the next 3+ hours. I wish I could give a 0/5. I feel extremely disrespected.

If I could give more stars I would. Called this morning and was able to get it in, diagnosed, and fixed in 45 minutes at a very fair price. Anywhere else would've been at least a couple days wait to even look at it. Both Donn and his wife were extremely helpful and friendly. I'll be coming here for any future car care needs :)

Donn’s hasn’t even done the service on my car yet and I’m writing the review in the waiting area. Awesome shop with fantastic ownership and service through and through. Everyone is patient, helpful, and I already know prices are going to be fair. Will absolutely come to Donn’s for anything I need.

Donn was great to work with. I just moved to the area, and I had a hard time deciding which shop to go to based off google reviews. My landlord recommended Donn, and even though there were closer shops I could have called, I'm glad i called Donn. He fixed my car super quick and the price was reasonable. I also appreciate that he was patient in walking through the issue and the cost.Services: General repairs & maintenance
