While the in-store experience is generally positive with excellent, professional staff providing great customer service, the online shopping experience receives criticism for unreliable FedEx shipping. So many shoes, so little time. This store is packed with a lot of shoes. Mostly women’s but children’s and men’s also. Good rewards program! Also, I love to check out the sale racks in the back!
