“Burn Boot Camp is BY FAR the best community-oriented group fitness place I've been to! I never was generally into group setting workouts as I enjoyed my own space by myself to work on my fitness goals. Burn brings a different aspect of challenge that has allowed me to enhance my fitness and wellness journey, as well as meeting the most amazing, kind, and motivating instructors & members! The owners Sammi & Colton are absolutely incredible and are consistently working toward bettering the space + doing anything to help in a mission to better the community!! It's a must try if you haven't been- you will wonder why you didn't try it earlier!!”

“I didn't go to this gym at all, i answered the Instagram ad for a free 6-week slim down program. Unfortunately, it's $600 for the program, and the ads are misleading.

However, Adrian was very gracious and told me the cost up front. He even gave me some advice on how to work with a core that can't breathe well, and i really appreciate that. He was polite and straightforward the whole time, and accepted that i wasn't going to buy anything. Great salesman, just a dumb company, same as always.”

“I’ve been with Core well over a decade now, 13-14yrs? It’s one of the BEST decisions I’ve ever made. Aside from the great people I’ve met & become close friends with, Core has kept me strong & even improved my strength, & I’m no spring chicken! Last summer I broke my ankle in 3 places. I did a good job. I improved at a rate well past my & my doctor’s expectations. I sincerely owe that to Core. My physical therapists often commented on my rapid progress. At 70 + I was progressing better than many at 3 decades my junior, according to my PT’s. I’m not competing, but I KNOW that without my time at Core, I would have been in for a very, very long recuperation. Eric, my trainer at Core consulted with my PT’s & I was back at Core before I knew it. He’s helped me through many issues of the “ageing” body.- rotator cuff, the broken ankle, various muscle issues. I’m very active, have horses, I need to stack hay, & I want to keep riding. Core has kept me as strong as I can be, and mobile. That’s all I can ask for as I age (gracefully I hope, instead of “Calamity Pat”) I have all the clothes & “things” I need - what better way to spend my money on my strength, balance, and mobility? None. That’s the answer. Thought I knew a lot about exercise - Pilates, yoga, ran 10 & 5K’s, riding etc. I didn’t know as much as I thought I did. I’m still learning, thanks to Core. Obviously, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Take their trial offer. For the record I do not own any stock in Core Health & Fitness. 😄”

“Great facilities, especially the pools, but please post your correct hours ! The club closes at 9 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Very inconvenient for some members who like to swim later in the evening, and a wasted trip assuming this information was correct !”

“Always clean and never too crowded. I wish they would replace some of the never-to-be-all-used-at-once treadmills with more weight racks, as dumbbells are limited in quantity.”

“Absolutely fantastic experience. It’s what you do CrossFit for and if you are visiting Madison for the Games or just want to try out a classic CrossFit box ran by a great couple you need to try CrossFit Mad Town. You will not be disappointed.”
