I love this store for its wide selection of household items, and the checkout staff is always welcoming. However, a word of caution – be careful with ceramic items, as some may be invisibly broken and reveal themselves only when washed.

A lot of the items that are sold here are not allowed to be sold in California. In other words, those items that are not sold in CA are toxic but are able to be sold in all of the other states!! Shame of Home Goods for selling Toxic goods!!!

I found a great lamp for 29 dollars on clarence, which was 85 dollars. You can find items that are priced reasonable but ask when the store does price down which are the best times to shop. Also, at check out, there was another supersie price reduction that took it down to 20 dollars.

One of the first places I ask to go to when I visit my daughter in Madison Wisconsin. It is also one of her favorite shopping places and we don't have one here. Always find fun and unique items.

Great selection of rugs and many home decor items. Plan to spend at least 30 mins to and hour shopping. There is a lot to take in.

I live nearby and go to this Home Goods all of the time. The store is always clean, staff are always friendly and helpful, and the products are great with inventory constantly being changed out. I've bought several giant rugs that have held up well and you'd have no idea whether I spent $600 on them or $6,000. I also only buy my candles and soap from this store, they're the best. My one complaint are the price stickers on the products. THEY'RE SO ANNOYING. First of all, they're always stuck on the middle/side of the products, so when you get home you spend 10 minutes trying to peel them off and they leave the stickest residue. I now use Goo Gone to wipe it off easier, but it's a giant pain. I've literally debated whether I want to keep shopping at Home Goods because of the stickers, they're beyond annoying. Nobody wants to have a candle or other product in their home with a big price sticker stuck on it for everyone to see. Why not stick the price sticker on the bottom of the products?? Or even better, just get a new sticker vendor that provides stickers you can peel off w/o leaving a glue like residue. This small change would be such a drastic improvement. If the price stickers could be easily peeled off I would give this company 5-stars.

It was a big store with lots of parking. I have a broken leg and am not very mobile so I waited in the car while my wife went inside. The first thing I noticed was a small airplane went flying by. I think it was a Cessna 170. It must have had a tail wind as it seemed to be moving very fast. A short time later a small flock of 9 geese flew by. A little later a single goose flew by. I thought he better hurry up if he wanted to catch up with the flock. All of the geese were going in the opposite direction of the airplane and seemed to be working very hard. I'm sure it's a very nice store as my wife has been there twice in the last few weeks and said the prices are better than the other home store.

Have been to store a few times lately. Not disability-friendly. Extensive drilling and dogs one day. Today multiple dogs in store. Asked about store policy and was advised this is an all-pet friendly store. Difficult to walk safely through aisles.

My husband loves this place! I do not get it! Every piece of furniture, every picture frame I have seen is dinged, broken or wobbly...which would ok if the price reflected that quality, but it does not! Poor quality at outrageous prices is not a winning combo. My husband loves the products but hates how poorly made everything is made and walks out with nothing everytime. I ask him why he keeps wanting to go back, and he says it gives him ideas. I can't fault him for that. They have some cool ideas! Just nothing worth purchasing.
