I am so thankful to Michael and his colleague jerremy.I drove 3 hours from Chicago to Madison Lexus store to purchase an RX350 solely because I was deeply touched by Michael's passion and honesty. There was complete transparency and honesty in the conversation, so I was able to drive home in my RX350 in about an hour.

Have been doing business with Lexus of Madison for about 5 years. Three cars later I can safely say the service has been nothing short of fantastic and incredibly consistent.

I just had the worst customer service at Lexus of Madison this morning. The employee talked over me every time that I spoke. I couldn't even ask him questions for my understanding. They are over priced as well. I had service done there recently but funny there is no history of that. It wasn't even 6 weeks ago. Smh. They they want me to pay 200.00 again for the same services. Get your pocket books ready including all credit cards for service at Lexus in Madison Wisconsin.

Just picked up my car and was told I needed a new tire ($320) due to a nail and that the tire was not repairable. Took to a tire shop and they said the nail was just stuck in the tread and never punctured tire. Unfortunately things like this happen often at this Lexus location. Recommend going to a different location.

These folks at Madison Lexus are absolutely epectacular. I had a less than stellar experience with my local dealership here in Colorado that shall remain nameless. I reached out to Madison directly to see if I could make a deal remotely and have the car sent to CO. I went in with the expectation that this was going to be a huge pain in behind but this could not have been further form the truth. They made the process so easy, likely easier than an in person purchase strangely enough. Something to be said about buying a car while wearing your Yoda slippers haha. But in all seriousness they sent a notary to the house for the paperwork at a time that worked for me. Arranged shippping so the car was delievered right to my driveway and went out of their way to communicate. My only regret is not living closer to buy my 15$ bottle of touch up paint that I might shed actual tears for when needing to use. But again if Madison Lexus has a vehicle that you are interested in but can't make it out there give them a call or send an Email like I did. It's so easy and I again cannot say enough good things about this entire team. Thank you very much!

Our sales experience with Lexus of Madison was excellent. Staff were very courteous and professional. Our sales person (Kevin) was great and our interactions with him and the entire Lexus team are what made our buying experience exemplary.

I had a far better experience with Lexus Madison than any other Lexus dealership I've contacted. Jele was a pleasure to work with, and after several months of searching he was able to find a 2024 LC500 for me matching the exact interior/exterior color combo that I was looking for. In addition, the vehicle was sold to me at MSRP without additional markup. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Lexus!

Staff was very friendly, Chad and Jeremy were very helpful. Process took about 2 days and I was off the lot with a newer car.Would be a 5 star but there was a couple things regarding the vehicle itself. Nothing Lexus could do since it wasn’t a Lexus.

Never thought I would be giving a car dealership a review but Jele, Jerremy, and Jerry were all great to work with and helpful. I was suv shopping alone after doing my research on what I wanted, and from past experience I was really expecting a battle or high pressure sales experience. Luckily that wasn’t my experience! They respected my decisions without pressuring me. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience! The entire team at Lexus of Madison made our car buying experience very enjoyable. Mikel our salesman was very knowledgeable and answered every question on our test drive. Nate, the general manager, and Jerremy, the finance manager made sure the paperwork process went smoothly. If you ever need a new or preowned vehicle Lexus of Madison is the place to shop!

This is a review of the service department. I cannot comment on sales but based on my experience with service I will never buy another Lexus again.Service department is incompetent, expensive, and dishonest. You often encounter one or two but these people pull off the trifecta. For some reason I kept taking my car there and I got burned every time. I'm a slow learner I guess.They misdiagnosed the problem one time. The loud grinding sound they supposedly fixed was there and blatantly obvious when I drove it off the lot after a supposed repair. They charged $150 to do diagnostics that Midas did for free. They did not do a multi point inspection when they said they would, lied to my face about doing it, and later admitted they didn't do it when they could not produce the multi point inspection report. The other fiasco is too complicated and convoluted to describe here but please just trust me that the service dept is a disaster and should not be trusted.

I purchased my wife's certified used 2022 Lexus NS 450+ luxury, mid-July. I found the vehicle while searching the web on a nationwide search, my wife wanted a certain vehicle, color and options, I found three certified vehicles matching her criteria, one in California (El Cajon Lexus, not recommended see my review of that dealership), the other was pending sale and one at Lexus of Madison, I made the inquiry and was contacted by Mike Sherwood, our salesman, and explain the I was an out of state buyer interested in their vehicle we discussed my trade in negotiated a price, Mike took a video of the car and sent to us. We decided to purchase the vehicle. I spoke to the sales manager, Jerry Ortega, who arranged financing, shipping of both the Lexus and my trade in. We also dealt with Jerremy Boun, finance Manager, who was able to assist us with finalizing the paperwork. After the sale Sara Kastenholz, title, and billing, kept in contact with us to make sure we received the paperwork and license plates.Buying a car online site unseen is a difficult decision, as an out of state buyer the sale from start to finish could not have been easier, the vehicle was as described, my wife is happy (no easy feat). There was staff that I haven’t mentioned that fielded our calls and made sure we had what we needed. I highly recommend Lexus of Madison, Thank you!

Took my car there for squealing brakes. They did not fix them and sent the car home with my wife with the problem unresolved in spite of explicit prior instructions to call me with the results of diagnosing the problem. I asked to speak to the manager and was told "he just stepped into a meeting, I will have him call you before the end of the day". Didn't happen. So now I have a lost workday, 150+ miles of driving and brakes that wake up the entire neighborhood. Disappointment isn't even close. UPDATE: It has been 5 days since the GM responded to my review and asked for my "preferred contact method", which I supplied. Apparently the show of concern was just that, a show, and has nothing to do with actual concern. Too bad there is no "zero" rating.
