For our first time visiting Long Table, the atmosphere and food was good but our group (of 7) was disappointed by the way we were treated and served. We arrived before it was busy and had made some food and drink orders but were served after others who ordered after us. We had to constantly go up to check on our drink and food order as it took a good 15-20 minute for one person to get their drink on tap and another 30-40 minute wait for our 3 rather simple appetizers that seemed to have been forgotten due to a “printing issue”. Overall, I was disappointed with the unapologetic response from the server and how things went. I would not go back due to the service.

Food was really poor in taste. In bbq platter chicken was not cooked well and was almost raw. They replaced the wings with extra fried ones and that had no taste (maybe because it was smoked before)And my stomach was not happy after all whole night ?

Stopped in around 2 pm, hungry, thirsty, hopeful. Sign at the front when I walked in told me to seat myself, so I followed the directions and took a stool at a window. About 10-16 minutes later, the lone server who had greeted me while I was looking around figuring out just where I was going to seat myself brought me a pint glass of water with the name of the Potosi brewery on it. I asked for printed menus, and around 10 to 16 minutes later they were delivered. I think around 10 to 16 minutes later I placed my order: The Potosi brewery tap was out, but they had bottles and I think cans? but I chose a different tap. It arrived about 10 minutes later. Maybe about 10 to 16 minutes later THE BEST in house made cheese curds arrived. I have worked in the Food Service and Hospitality industry in Dane County for over 10 years, have eaten a gazillion cheese curds, have made them from scratch, whoever made these curds Nailed It - Perfect! Too bad the person who overcooked my burger and undercooked my SOGGY fries lacked the proper skills to do their part correctly. I ordered the Smash Burger Medium Rare with "frites", I cut the burger in half to see that it was Well Done. Yeah, Longtable, go forget yourselves. Overpriced and incapable.

We decided to try this Cafe out on an incredibly busy night! The food was excellent and the service was extraordinary! The manager waited on us because they were so busy! He stopped by twice to ask if we needed anything! Will definitely be back. I love the ambience!

Absolutely love seeing how Longtable has evolved since they first opened. The lunch rush on the weekend was a bit crazy, but staff was kind and patient, food came out fast, and of course the beer selection is incredible. Get the smash burger!

Good beer selection and cool atmosphere. Good appetizers as well. Service was fine, but the prices for entrees when compared to the quantity and quality of food you receive leaves a lot to be desired. Stay far, far, FAR away from the brisket bowl. Little chunks of processed brisket that are over cooked and grey in color. Unappetizing appearance and even worse flavor. Was actually disgusted by it. Probably won't be back.

This place is quite the gem! I can't believe it took us over a year to redeem a gift card! We've been missing out. We came for a birthday lunch so they were slow but the server was so attentive and kind. I totally dig the rustic long tables and brick, industrial vibe. The tap list is carefully selected and they have a wall of open fridge to take home craft brews. You can tell they really focus on local ingredients and breweries. Burgers were cooked well-- lacking some topping options like LTP, gluten free bun was decent. Frites and sauces were probably our most favorite part of the meal. Paired with Young Blood Friot Punch Sour-- can't be beat!

I went here for lunch, the service was friendly and good and there were plenty of available seats. I ordered the BBQ platter. The food looked really good, but sadly was lacking in flavor. It wasn't bad, just bland. I wish I would have taken a picture, it looked so good. To bad it didn't taste as good as it looked. The cheese curds were pretty good.

Server had to be reminded that we had ordered drinks 2 out of 3 times as he forgot to bring them after we ordered them. Then when we asked for our bill we had a discount which he took from me, but didn't actually take it off of the bill until after I asked about it again. Will give the place another shot but was not at all impressed with the server.

I ordered Baked Fish. They brought me Fish Fried. Told the server. No problem, offered to redo the order. I didn't want to wait so he bought me a beer. I ate the fried. It was good.

Had a great experience at longtable. Staff was super nice and accomodating. Food selection had good variety and specials. The food itself was delicious. Excellent beer selections as well. The atmosphere was fun and homey but I could also watch the games which was nice.
