Have purchased a u-shaped desk and chair for Madison. Kyle Kinney was my customer service rep and he walked through the process and made sure after I ordered these products that my order was submitted correctly, and he kept track of my order. He has answered all my questions that I had and made it a great experience. My ordered was delivered while I was on vacation and when I returned back to work the desk was in warehouse waiting on further instructions. So, I cannot advise on the delivery, but we did receive the desk and chair on time as advised.Since then, I have again contacted Kyle and just placed a new order for another desk that will be here next week. I just received a tracking order update.This has been a great experience for me and if my bosses need any more desks, I will definitely buy another one from Kyle.

I recently purchased (2) 2 drawer lateral file cabinet from Madison Liquidators in cherry. I was incredibly blown away by the customer service and it was delivered in one week. When delivered they could not get it down my driveway however I had a tractor with a front loader and was able to take it to my garage. They worked with me and everyone was very kind and helpful. The cabinets themselves are of the highest quality and I am sure to have them for the rest of my working career. Matta helped me and he was very attentive and followed up with shipping, and post shipping to see if they came in one piece. I couldn't be happier with the quality, service and follow thru.

Our design required some creativity to match existing offices from different manufacturers we purchased 5+ years ago. Brittany B. was quick to jump in and get us a design that was almost a exact copy using Madison's manufacturers with some customization. She was fantastic and took on the project even though it was only a 2-person office area (some other company's told us they would not assist due to the size of the request). Highly recommend.

I was in the market for some store waiting room couches ….. I found Madison online and they had the best choices . Matta sent me links of couches he thought would be the best for my needs , he indeed was correct and helped me more than he could imagine . Delivery / shipping and quality of the couches is top notch ! I will definitely recommend them to my business owner friends

Found a desk I liked online with Madison Liquidators. The person helping me, Matt Austed was great and answered all of my questions. Desk arrived in perfect shape and I love it! The only thing that was missing was the instructions for assembly on the crescendo. But our engineering team was able to put it together with ease. Great communication, delivery was on time and we are 100% happy with the purchase.

I just purchased a new silver birch U-shaped desk from Madison Liquidators. I received excellent service from Matt, who guided me through the sales process. He put together a diagram of my office and the desk with all the measurements to make sure the desk fit in my office correctly. This diagram helped me select the correct size, and after it was assembled, it fit perfectly in my office. Thanks, Matt and team.
