I just left this place and based on CC instruction should have been 5-6 dollars and got charged 20

Touchless wash is only good for a basic rinse of a wash, but not so much if you need a good scrub. I took my son's car thru. It had some willow tree ends and bird poop on it. After the $14 jumbo special at the touchless drive thru wash, a lot of it was still there on the car.
