The staff at Primrose School of Middleton have done a wonderful job caring for my two sons over the past four years. I'll be forever grateful for the role their Primrose teachers have had in keeping them safe, healthy, happy, and helping to shape them into wonderful people.

We have had an amazing experience at Primrose School of Middleton. In February 2022 my wife and I abruptly removed our 3-year-old child from a very negative-based daycare facility in Madison, WI. Our child was learning extremely aggressive behavior from both teachers and classmates, and we had to just remove our child from the situation as soon as possible. I had contacted Primrose School of Middleton a few days before we removed our child; after calling them back once we did remove our child, Primrose School of Middleton was extremely accommodating in our circumstance, and we were able to get our child enrolled to start in a few days.Over the last six months my wife and I have experienced an incredible positive shift in our child’s behavior and attitude since starting at Primrose School of Middleton. Our child has learned to calm himself down when he’s upset, is more understanding when a situation does not go the way he wants, and actively corrects his behavior for the better whenever he does do something he’s not supposed to.All the teachers at Primrose School of Middleton we have had contact with have been amazing. The communication between us and our child’s teachers have been so helpful, and together we have worked to improve my child’s attitude and behavior for the better. As a parent I can really tell that Primrose School of Middleton only hires and keeps the best the Madison, WI area has; it makes my mental health so much better knowing my child is being taken care of by only the best. Our family cannot thank Primrose School of Middleton enough for the amazing work they have done in helping our family.Honestly, if you are having any issues with your current daycare or preschool provider, you need to contact Primrose School of Middleton and start the conversation. I go back to when I first contacted Primrose School of Middleton about our family’s situation and am very thankful that I reached out for their help.

We have experienced infant room up through pre-K at Primrose. The teachers and staff are kind and creative and seem to take a genuine interest in our children's care. They offer several nice extras like family events, summer fieldtrips, and teacher appreciation week. There is an updated management team who seems committed to clear/transparent communication for families and better support for the teachers. We have been overall very pleased with their care and our oldest is very well-prepared to start Kindergarten this Fall. They have each had the same amazing primary teacher over the past year, although there has been turn-over in the secondary teacher in each of their classes but what place hasn't had that, particularly with the pandemic stressors?

Terrible place to work, and people I wouldn't want my child around. Working here was shocking. They started out so nice, and then it took a terrible turn. They have about five people who are management, who mostly sit in the office in meetings and tell staff not to bother them all day for bathroom breaks or anything. I have a disability and told them many many times I couldn't handle being in a room with the younger kids where I would have to lift them often all day for diaper changes and such. So they put me in a young toddler room where I had to lift very often. Of course shortly after being put in this room I started having issues. In the last week of my two weeks notice my disability and all the lifting caused me to have terrible back pain, which I got a doctor's note for saying to have a few days off and restrict lifting. They disregarded my doctor's note assuming I was just being lazy and asked me to work overtime and still be lifting. Due to this I was not able to work out my last week. Now they are apparently getting back at me by telling possible future employers bad things about me when they call for previous job verification. They also never paid me my 40 hours of vacation time I had left over. Which they never allowed me to use since they wouldn't allow any time off, even for appointments.

I'd give zero. But, working here was a NIGHTMARE. The owners were oblivious to anything going on outside their little group. They treated staff like crap, especially if you weren't a "favorite" which they did have. I told the owner (mark) one day that his daughter was having some listening ear issues one day and instead on saying they'll work on it, he goes "well. She's two so...." Like cool glad you are raising your kids to be brats. I couldn't last a month before wanting to leave. Thank god I did. I'll never look back or recommend this place to anyone. Long story short. If you wanna be under appreciated, and work under idiots. This is the job for you.

Amanda isnt flexiable with family life outside of work. She thinks your life is Primrose. She makes you come in on bad weather days like snow, ice, and cold days when all schools in madison are closed. Teachers are clicky and Amanda makes you work for FREE on a Saturday for an all day event.

This is our first year at Primrose Middleton. While we are lucky to have many great 4K programs to choose from here, we found Primrose to be the best. The highlights for us was their amazing and committed staff. The curriculum is creative and diverse. The facilities are top notch from the building to the playgrounds. As soon as you walk in you will notice the amazing attention to detail. And on top of all that, they serve creative lunch and snacks to broaden our little guys palette!Another important thing for us was getting DAILY reports, which were sent via email. This has really helped us stay connected with what our child did that day and can discuss in the evening. At Primrose you really feel a sense of community. We highly recommend!

ABSOLUTELY love this place. The staff is amazing. They truly care for the kids. They go way beyond what I have experienced at other places. Cleanliness is huge for me and it is always clean! Absolutely amazing. Highly recommend Primrose.

I LOVE this school. Not only is administration easy to work with, the teachers are great! There's such a large emphasis on positive reinforcement and it feels like a big family. Love my daily reports to let me know what my kids have been doing during the day and the photos they take of the kids along the way make my day! Lets me ask them more specific questions about their day other than just asking what they did that day and getting, "I don't know". Highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality care!
