First time here, I felt relaxed and got a great cut, and a free VIP experience for my first visit which was a nice scalp massage and hair wash. All for a great price. Definitely recommend!

I scheduled on the app and was promptly served. It's always a cool vibe here! The stylists really want to provide exactly the cut you want and they have the skills to deliver. All of them! The MVP treatment is something everyone deserves and is a bargain.

My son just had a cut there. He's had several in the past with awsome experiences. It's his birthday in 2 days and wanted a great hair cut with hot towel message. Unfortunately his hair was cut way to short and barely got any hot towel message. The man barely look at the photo my wife showed him of how he wanted it styled and cut. And it turned out to be so very short. Now I've tired to call and no one answers the phone and they have no voicemail set up. $50 cut that could be done at a $10 barber.

I took two teenage boys to get their hair cut here.
Signed up ahead of time.
There was no wait but the front desk person was not friendly at all and acted very rushed even though we were slightly early for the appt call time.
Xaviar was the stylist and he made negative comments about my son’s scalp and dandruff. The stylist started chastising him on shampooing saying he was going to loose his hair and was looking at scalp like he was grossed out. My kid has scalp eczema and we know it’s an issue but the stylist didn’t even ask me about it. Just jumped right in to rude comments about his not cleaning his hair right.
Then I told him what we were going to do and he barely listened, I showed him a picture and he glanced at and then mumbled that he got it.
So I sat down- the hair cut wasn’t at all the same in the picture.
Additionally I had to go to another haircut spot to have them fix 5 spots that looked like had just forgotten to even Things out.
My second teenager then sat in Xaviars chair and he asked what we were doing and I said the same as the last time-
L Cause we had been there before. He glanced at the ticket and stumbled something I barely heard and am not sure I understood about clipper on the side and top.
Ans I said I wasn’t sure so I showed him a picture of the last time he had his hair
Cut at the exact place.
Xaviar then said he got it so I sat down. He then told my kid out of my earshot that he didn’t know what I was talking about but he was pretty sure he knew what to do.
He then cut the hair far too short.
The icing on this cake was that he physically injured my son while using the clippers- he pressed so hard or rubbed the clippers on the skin in such a way that it caused an abrasion across the bottom of his hair like.
It is raised and was slightly bleeding and has crusted over like a scrape.
He is a poor hair stylist that does not listen and should not work there.
We will not be going back and I will be making a formal complaint with the corporate offices.

No bueno. I've only had one stylist (Brenda) at this location that listens to what I ask, the others will just nod and proceed to cut my hair way shorter than I requested.

Horrible experience with both of them there .. one man don’t even ask which side to keep the lines for style . Even if I tell him he was like I don’t care .. after waiting for 1 hour we had bad experience and don’t even know why they charged us TIP..!!!

Just got a haircut here and the guy who cut my hair did an absolutely horrible job. Never in my life have I experienced a haircut like this. My neck is all scrapped up, he buzzed my hairline by my temples for who knows what reason. Absolutely horrible and unacceptable. When I got home and noticed how bad my neck got cut up, I immediately called the store to complain. I gave the acting manager on duty my contact information and she said the owners will be reaching out. I hope they do…this needs to be addressed. I have gotten my hair cut at this location many times and ever experienced anything like this.

Went there yesterday, Tuesday 8/13/24 to get my haircut. Xavier cut my hair and did nothing else but charged me $28 for an MVP experience. I looked around the shop for pricing and there was no pricing visible for me to contest the service. I was in his chair not even 30 minutes. I left and did research on the pricing this morning because I had the feeling of being ripped off. And I was!
Be very careful of this place as no pricing is posted!

I agree will all the other one star reviews. If you can't hire good people, you should close. The haircut was terrible, and a complete lack of hospitality. Was not greeted in any way and left covered in hair. Life is too short for this garbage.

i got my sport clips touchdown haircut card punched with every visit until it was full. then when I went in for my half-price haircut, they refused to honor the discount. Bad karma!

I had a very poor experience today with stylist Cat. Very poor customer service. Extremely short with any type of conversation, pushed "product" on me, more like I was a nuisance than a customer. I told her how I wanted my haircut, explicitly stating "finger length" on top. Got done and basically the same length everywhere on my head. I could have done the same cut at home with a clipper and saved myself $35.
A few years ago the place was pretty good when Lauryn was managing. Now, not so much.
I won't be going back.
