Very disappointed that the drive through is completely automated, no people to help at all at this location. Why would the bank do this other than to save money, no respect for the customer. Again, very disappointed that there are no tellers.

Love the new building & drive thru lanes. The staff have always been helpful and courteous.

The new ATM/drive up service is HORRIBLE and inconvenient. Both times I have used it, I have ended up parking and going in d/t malfunction. Also, when I went in for a lost debit card, they couldn't help me because they hadn't yet set up their machine - this was one month after the new building opened... we are now in the process of changing banks.

I have had nothing but inconvenient, slow, rude customer service at this location only. I avoid going to this location if at all possible.
