I really liked my stylist but there are things that make me hesitant to return. I was disappointed that I wasn’t given the complimentary oil massage that they advertise. Also, when I called and asked about pricing I was told my service would be around $180. My service ended up being $265! I know that estimates can vary but there’s no reason that my quote should have been $80 off. I was not expecting to pay that much more and that lack of pricing transparency is the reason I probably won’t be coming back.

I've been here 4 times with different stylists and will keep going back! Scheduling is hassle free, have never had to wait, gotten exactly the cut I asked for.

I have really thick hair that is pretty difficult to manage. I usually keep my hair long to help weigh it down but that results in headaches from the weight of it. So I made an appointment with Nicole and to my surprise, she handled my moppy head of hair like a pro! We took off several inches and I am very pleased with the results! It looks healthier and feels so much lighter. I recommend giving this salon a try!

They use warm towels and aromatic oils but their haircuts are terrible. My hair is now so short that I cannot go elsewhere and have it fixed. Don’t be misled by their high ratings, avoid this place.

This is such a great space that I never even knew about until several months ago. I was referred, and everyone there is incredibly friendly. A haircut ranges from $50-60 and they offer many other services too. Includes a wash, a head massage, haircut, blow dry and style. It's an Aveda salon so the products they are using are very professional and smell great; they sell many products from the Aveda lines as well. I have recommended it to many and will continue to go back!

I went to Studio 262 to get a balayage. I had never had one before. The employees were very friendly and offered me coffee, tea, and water upon arrival. The environment is very aesthetically pleasing and comforting. My stylist was upfront about pricing before doing anything to my hair, which I thought was awesome. They also recommended hair products for the questions I had regarding my hair, but put no pressure to buy anything, Highly recommend if you need a hair salon in the area! Also, for Studio 262, this is Jenni Victor (had a last name change this summer that is not showing on my gmail name yet) :)Service: Balayage

I get multiple services here, including haircuts, but Scarlett's massages are amazing. As someone with back pain, she knows how to work with the tender and sensitive spots in my body. Also, the front desk staff is excellent about making a sincere effort to provide enough notice when needing to reschedule appointments and finding someone available in your time frame(s).Services: Haircut

I have been coming here for over a year and have had several hair treatments (color, bayalage, cuts, hydrating botanical treatments and more) done and I have always been so happy with the results. Fil has done an incredible job at transforming my dark natural color to the bright blonde that I have been looking for while making sure to do everything to keep my hair as healthy as possible. I have also gotten a facial here and it was hands down the best one I have ever had. Highly recommend!Services: Hair hydration treatments

I will not be returning to Studio 262. Initially, I was happy with their services- Alex was great. Unfortunately, he left and I trusted the salon to match me with someone new. I asked for a very simple cut- collarbone length hair, no layers, and a root touch up + blend into my current color. My stylist was clearly busy with someone else (my slot was not a last-minute booking, it was first thing in the morning, and there were only two customers in the salon total- come on), and I sat in the chair for almost two hours before she was ready to trim my hair. I notified the salon before my appointment that I would be leaving straight from my appointment for vacation, when I called multiple times to confirm the planned appointment length. Yet, because of the stylists poor time management skills, I had to leave before receiving a blow dry or a finishing color gloss. I left with wet hair, unblended color, and a horrible, unevenly layered cut which was more than a few inches shorter than I asked for and for which I paid over $100. I could have gotten a better haircut from Greatclips for $20. I went straight to vacation for 3 weeks, and when I tried to remedy the situation upon my return, it took the salon a whole week to get back to me. I finally rescheduled with them two weeks out. Then, I got sick and cancelled out of respect for the stylists (while I waited for COVID test results) and rescheduled two weeks out again. Life happens! The morning of my reschedule, I got a call from the owner, asking what I wanted done again because they 'really squeezed me in' and he wasn't sure they would have enough time to do what I wanted. Number one, why didn't he review my case before calling when he was the one to receive and respond to my initial, lengthy complaint/supposedly marked details in my file to ensure the situation was fixed? But, more importantly, why would I want to return to the salon to get THEIR rush job fixed, when it sounded like they were going to rush me again? He grilled me about why I hadn't gotten the re-cut done right away in the first place (which again, we had already corresponded about), because they usually only offer it if it can be done \"next day,\" and he didn't seem concerned at all about my dissatisfaction or the horrible quality of service I received from his salon. I offered to reschedule once more if they didn't have time for me, to which he impatiently replied \"we can't keep pushing out your re-cut, we just need to get it done.\" I'd like to restate, I'm not just unhappy with my cut, it is mediocre. I called back and cancelled after that conversation. I would not have cancelled had the conversation went differently. He then left me a much kinder voice mail explaining that, just kidding, they do have time for me, but if I don't come in today I have to pay full price for a new cut and color. What a joke. I already found a new stylist and will never be going back. IN RESPONSE TO HIS REPLY BELOW: Case in point, I haven't asked for indigo hair since over a year ago. My last few appointments, which should have been in my record, were asking for brown, and my last appointment + what was supposed to be a re-cut and color today were for brown root touch ups. If you are worried about ensuring you have enough time for a client, that issue should be resolved upon making the appointment, not the day of. I clearly explained why it took so long for me to get back in for a re-cut above, AND I would NOT have cancelled my appointment today had our conversation on the phone this morning not drained ALL of my confidence in the salon to fulfill my simple requests/had it not been unpleasant due to the owner's attitude. A professional business would fix this, not argue.

My friend recommended this salon. But I have terrible experience and very disappointing! Totally waste my time and money!1. I asked for an experienced stylist for me when made an appointment. But you will know what I meet. And why they recommend this man to me even know I ask for an experienced stylist(because I have an accent?)2. The male-stylist barely can cut hair. (First name starts with O)he didn’t check the temperature of water after conditioner, too hot or too cold. And water was splashed to my face several times.3. Besides, the thing I can’t endure is he use totally cold water to wash my hair twice on purpose, and said this helps decrease the bubble, which i never heard, and I got very bad headache!4. It tooks almost 2 hour, and what he totally done was cut the hair a little bit shorter! much less to get style. And even my kids can help to do that.5. He even can’t cut the bang, and got help from the other stylist! I believe he is pretending to be able to cut hair, and other stuff don’t know that.6. So, why this salon hire this kind of people?! The inside environment and equipment is good. But the service and stuff is not.
