Since discovering Lauren at SuperCuts in Middleton WI, I won't have my hair cut anywhere else. She is a great stylist, listens to what I want, and then does it just right. Very pleasant to work with, too.
Hair type: I have short hair and not much of it. Lauren understands that and manages to "spike" my hair just enough on top, to add a bit of volume and pizazz for a 76 year old.

The customer service here is atrocious. The ladies working here are quite rude and not accommodating, especially to those with young children. Definitely will not be coming back. I very seldom leave reviews, but this experience left lingering frustration, and I’m hoping to save others the trouble!

The stylist was very pleasant. Both times we have gone in, there was only one person working. So, we had to make two trips to get both kids' hair cuts.

I have been going here for years and always received a great haircut, they even fixed a bad hair cut from cost cutters. Very pleased . They even do beards.

I've been going here for haircuts for 15+ years and never had any issues. However, since the pandemic, getting in has been extremely difficult. The app fills up within a short time each morning, and lately no one has even been answering the phone. I've tried three days in a row this werk, at different times of day and no answer. Even stopped by around 4:50 one weekday afternoon a couple of weeks ago and the place was locked up and dark. If the problem is staffing, then maybe Corporate should consider raising the stylists' wages to attract more employees. I'm going to have to find someplace else for my trims, as I can't take time over 2-3 weeks to contact the shop to get in.

3 Hairstylist with no customers and told me they couldn’t help me getting a haircut. Apparently they were fully booked for the day, yet again, no customers! I’m sure people will be late for appointments and also last minute cancellations. No intentions to look over the waitlist to even try rescheduling for another day to at least make it up. But nothing. Thanks
