Omg, this brings back bad memories about that Mike guy, what a joke. All he cared about was what he could soak you for. He brings brown nosing his boss to a new level. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I was in there and he was auguring with a customer about charges for things like forwarding mail. He got that guy hot, I heard him tell his brother he came close to jumping across the counter, he had restrain you could really tell that guy Mike was unprofessional and ignorant. I sure won't get a mailbox there because of the way they treated that guy. He didn't ask for money back,he just wanted the guy to honor his word. Mike should have offered to refund dudes money, instead he said it will cost you more money. Simply Wow.
