There is no reason this USPS location deserves a low rating. This is consistently a fantastic USPS location; every time I've dropped off a package the staff keep the line moving efficiently.
There is a kiosk available for pre-paid packages that will give you a receipt just like the counter will.
The staff here are professional and friendly.
There is plenty of free parking in the lot as well as the street.

As a handicapped person on crutches, I can't tolerate standing in the long, slow line. There are no accommodation for handicap people!

I just recently moved to Middleton I needed to submit a couple of change of address forms is required me to have to go into the post office 3 times. Each time i was there myself and others were made to wait in line while one of the lady's working the front desk was more interested in telling the person she was helping her life story instead of waiting on customers. I was there 3 times and this was my experience all 3 times. People shouldn't be left to stand waiting so employees can gossip about their life's.

This is the post office with the worst service attitude I’ve ever been to, especially one older woman. The only friendly person there is an old man.

Staff here are helpful and lots of services offered, but I am often frustrated because 60% of the time, the package drop box in the lobby is jammed and won't open. I then need to wait in the same line as people applying for passports (which takes a long time) to simply drop off a package. PLEASE CREATE A DEDICATED COUNTER SPACE FOR PACKAGE DROP OFFS. Thank you.

As a drop-off location for pre-paid packages, this Post Office is very convenient. The line is frequently long and moves slowly, but the employees are deliberate about having one window designated as a package drop location. Everything gets scanned in relatively quickly. Parking is a bit of a mess, however.

These guys have horrible customer service. I was trying to send a small package to Laos for Christmas. Wrote large letters LAOS on the top of the address and then the rest of it in native language. I have no clue how even pronounce this in English. That was what my friend gave me. The lady refused to take a package in a rude manner, telling me it has to be in English! Merry Christmas!

The closing hours for this post office was 1:00 pm on New Years Eve. I was desperate to have some mail postmarked before the new year. I arrived at the post office and in the lobby 10 minutes before closing time and in line to see a cashier. The line was long and we were lined up in the lobby, but outside the second set of doors to get into the store area. At 5 minutes before 1:00 pm, a woman came out into the lobby and made an arbitrary line of where they would stop seeing customers. There were about 8 of us she cut off. If you are inside before closing time, they should see to you. The woman than went and locked the door into the lobby as well, so people could not even use the self-serve kiosk to buy stamps. They should not be able to lock doors before closing time.

Had a package delivered to my old address and went to see if usps had it. They did and I got there just in time and the lady at the counter got it for me before it was sent back to the seller.
