Worst customer service experience at this Deming Way store. Even though I was instructed by the Verizon customer service to come here they won’t help. They didn’t even try to look up the account. They will be all over you if you have to buy phones or accessories but if you have issues with billing or anything you bought online, don’t even bother to get a resolution from this place.

Poor customer service. Went to a different corporate Verizon store to have issue resolved. They could have helped here, but they were not interested

I have an unlocked Unihertz Titan - not a very common phone by any means, basically Blackberry design with the Android OS. I went to another Verizon store to get it activated, and to their credit they were able to get it mostly working on a prepaid plan with internet and cell service, but I nonetheless had issues with SMS and group texts. I made do for a while but was in the Middleton area and decided to give their Verizon store a shot. The tech on duty (I forget his name but it was the evening of 11/4) immediately recognized my phone and got to work on it. While it seems Verizon still lacks the IMEI for the Titan, he changed some other settings to see if that would help with the SMS issue. A few days later, my SMS services are now working as they should. Thank you!

The team at this location was great! I worked with Nick who jumped through some hoops and hurdles to get the best option possible for switching phones which was so appreciated. The rest of the team were welcoming and made the process stress free!

Our family went here to switch from US Cellular to Verizon. We were there for 2 hours but what a great experience. Brian and his team were patient and helpful. They even fixed an issue caused by a different Verizon store. We are very happy with our experience here!

Wholly unhelpful. After directed by Verizon customer service to go to a Vz store, I came in to unlock or reset my phone and get a battery replacement for my watch and spoke to Ashley. No's from the get-go. No questions, no looking up my account (which is a business account, if he would have asked), no solutions, wouldn't even put me in the queue to investigate further. Literally told me to go to Best Buy instead. Come to find out they could've taken care of both items I needed. Disappointingly poor.

If I could give them a zero rating I would.
Beware of the lies these salesmen tell you, rates constantly rising, phone insurance raises without your consent.
Spectrum has the same service for a quarter of what Verizon charges and $5. Phone insurance with free anytime upgrade, and price lock with no added fee's. Ironically they use the same towers as Verizon so the only thing you lose with Verizon is your hard earned money.

Tim did an amazing job helping us switch from our old carrier to Verizon. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very patient and kind while we picked out new phones and he transferred and set everything up for us old folks who are not good with technology. He also made sure we got the best phones and plans to fit our needs. Thank you so much, Tim!

Came in to get my husband a new phone and our specialist, Rio, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and a great salesman. I even walked out with some new accessories for my phone. He was hilarious and easy to talk with. He made the buying process really easy. The Greenway station Verizon has quickly become our go to store for our phone needs.

I’ve never had an experience with Verizon that has been positive or even neutral. Nick changed that. He found ways to somehow LOWER our bill (by $3) and get me an upgraded phone. 11/10 Would recommend
