Victor was absolutely amazing even after switching over from us cellular I called him and he was incredible. Would highly recommend going here. Great service and very helpful for people who don’t understand all the cell phone technology. Thanks again Victor!!

I stopped in about a month ago with a problem I was having with a new Verizon hotspot that I had ordered online from Verizon. Sean, the manager, could not have been nicer, more competent, or thoughtful. He promptly began working the problem. He even called tech people from other stores to help. Sean truly gets customer service. He discovered an issue with the SIM card that came from the Verizon store online and replaced it to solve the problem. I'm not a big online review guy. But when I see people committed to service who also have great skills, I must congratulate it. Thank you, Sean! Nice work.

Went to the store Friday after UPS/Verizon had some uncertainty of a shipment, staff was very helpful and sympathetic. It took a few hours due to some "processing" stuff yet got it done. Wouldn't say in a timely manner YET don't think it was the staff's fault and was much better than trying to get the dang AI over the phone to do what I wanted/needed to get done. Staff star was Victor.

Not sure why they have a queue if they don't use it? After waiting patiently OVER AN HOUR, was finally messaged that it was my turn and to meet Dylan at the front of the store. At the same time, a trio came in needing just a screen protector for a phone. Dylan then proceeded to ignore me and spent almost 20 minutes with them. Yes, it was my choice to wait once I was added to the queue, but to watch a "walk in" customer receive pretty much instant service was not right. I had carved out the time from a too busy schedule to drive over with the intent of buying a new phone and ultimately spent a chunk of my Sunday afternoon waiting patiently until I was bypassed, so will go elsewhere.

Bought three phones from them in two months on two separate visits. Nothing but problems. Don’t trade in phones here, they don’t know how to process them.

This store was completely unhelpful when we needed a SIM to be replaced. Their website was inoperable and they're not given the tools to deal with it. Save your time and call corporate, the 3 hour wait is better than this store.

Terrible customer service. Probably going to switch from Verizon now. Their cell signal is awful around Middleton/Madison anyway. Verizon, you should be ashamed at what a disgrace you are.

!! I DO NOT RECOMEND VERIZON!! Pease visit this link as my complaints are multiple. WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM VERIZON! In short, Verizon has dishonest business practices, unethical business practices and deceptive business protocols. We lost out on nearly $3,000, amount which Verizon and/or Team Wireless gained. Don't become their next victim!
