Waited for pharmacy call all day for med confirmation. Went to location and they had not even started the process. They then needed insurance updates for the 4th time with the same card information provided in the past. They then advised they did not have my medicine and I would have to contact the doctor tomorrow to find a different pharmacy. I have been using Walgreens for years but will never use them again.

Attempted to have flu/covid booster. Literally a 1.5+ hour process…. And the online paperwork didn’t make it to the store so needed to redo it all. Gotta be a better pharmacy experience out there.

Horrible customer service in their pharmacy. Waited over an hour to try to pick up a RX. They need help.

Worse pharmacy ever!!!! I wait every time I am here for at least 20 min or more. Even to just drop off a prescription. Staff is very rude! I felt like I was in Chicago on the south side! No customer service. No thank you for waiting. The lady today was so mean I had to ask her why she was speaking to me so grumpily. She said it’s hard to hear through the drive through. Will be transferring to a different pharmacy after today!

Place is a mess. No organization and are quick to tell you it's your fault when they loose things.

Another voice in the choir of dissatisfied pharmacy customers. Came in for a vaccination for which I completed my paperwork online. When I arrived, there was a long line to check-in. While checking in, I'm asked to complete the paperwork I filled out when I made the appointment. After completing the paperwork, another long wait in line to turn in the paperwork previously completed. I would not recommend this location for vaccinations. I've had more prompt service at other Walgreens locations

I've been with them for about twenty years. Caring, competent, professional.

This pharmacy has the rudest people working at all times . Every time I call and get a time update on a prescription, I head over when they advise and when I pull up to the window “ not ready come back in 20 minutes “ I just can’t anymore . It’s been like this for years . This is a block away from me, but I’ll drive the extra mile or just go to CVS from now on.

Received text my prescription was ready to pick up. Got there and was told it would be at least 30 minutes since it wasn’t ready yet. This is after waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Incompetent.

Meh. Same as every other Walgreens. Same as every CVS.

This location has been late filling 4 of my last 5 prescriptions, causing me to miss 1-3 doses each time. They have also sat on prescriptions sent by my doctor and did not attempt to fill them until I called and explicitly requested that they do so. Do not patronize this pharmacy if you need timely and reliable prescription refills.

I'm commenting specifically on their drive-thru pharmacy. I don't know if they are short-staffed or just overwhelmed during the afternoon, but I have consistently been part of long, long, long lines of cars waiting in both lanes. There seems to be one staff handling both lanes every time. My last time there, the pharmacy tech was clearly grumpy and curt, no doubt to other patrons being grumpy over the long wait-time. I hope they can do something about adding staff to the pharmacy drive thru window so it is a more pleasant experience for all.

If getting an Rx filled and you have more time available than you know what to do with, try the Walgreens on Branch Street in Middleton. The drive thru has two lanes, each one is usually slower than the other. Today I saw a couple cars in line so I walked in because I needed shampoo, so I figured an air conditioned wait wouldn't be the worst thing. But upon seeing the inside line with 3 standing customers and 3 sitting elderly ladies, and apparently only one car at drive thru I made the inside purchase at the front register and hopped along to my waiting car. Seeing two cars, one left and one right, I chose right. Wrong. The car in the left lane took off after about two minutes. Replaced by a black pickup truck. Not much longer now I repeatedly told myself. "Can I help you" the box says to the car in front of me. Now I realized I chose poorly. Next voice I hear is the black truck is being asked his address, so he's also slightly ahead of the car I've been waiting behind. "Any questions?" (To driver of truck) I'm overheating the car in front of me discovering their Rx was put back in shelf back in August. Oh dear. I'm SO in the wrong lane Another car appears to me left rear, behind the black pickup. Which now drives away. Replacement is cued up and in position, and straight off: "Can I help you?" N E A R L Y THERE easily at 10 minutes. New car on the left is getting their Rx and off it goes. So does the car ahead of me. I wait The 3rd car, in the left, you know, the window lane. "Can I help You?" Another 2-3 min tires, I hear the speaker ask the other (3rd car) driver their address. FINALLY. "Can I help you?" "Sure, unless your going to help me before the FOURTH car in the left lane arrives!!!" 17 minutes. I hate Walgreens. The ONLY redeeming thing about THIS location, is that THIS store doesn't ROUTINELY, totally mess up the RXs month after month, which the Walgreens store in Northport Avenue did like it was their sworn customer service mission. As I sat there this early afternoon I was again reminded that the manager should send a couple of the staff members out from time to time to use a broom or something to knock down decades of spiderwebs and crud. It's curb appeal is appalling, if this was almost any other business type, this filth would not pass any inspection. Filthy.
