Outside of one lovely gentleman who has worked there for a while, everyone else who works in this particular pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves. To be clear, I’ve seen enough at this point to understand that nearly all the folks who work in this pharmacy are frankly just not good people who care about others or doing a good job. Working in a pharmacy must be very tough, and I’m sure the pay isn’t great, but their attitudes and capabilities are disappointing at best.
Unfortunately, there are those of us who depend on this group of malcontents to successfully live our lives through meditation and it’s not super easy to switch pharmacies due to insurance.
Again, outside of the one gentleman, every single person from tech to pharmacist is sullen and uncooperative at best, if you’re even able to get a hold of anyone.
In the past two months alone, despite following all procedures to the letter, we’ve had prescriptions canceled with no notice. We’ve had prescriptions set as “out of stock” only to be canceled after a week with no notice. Multiple times we’ve called and been assured we’d get a call back, only to never hear anything until we call days later. Multiple times we’ve called and been “put on hold” only to be hung up on. Just today we’ve learned their “internet has been out” so that’s why they couldn’t fill a single prescription or communicate about it for a full week.
We have been truly polite, caring, and respectful of this pharmacy staff’s time, even though they aren’t of ours, but now after fighting for weeks about a medication I need to live successfully - it has become apparent this is a particularly uncaring and frankly bad group of people on nearly even level.
It’s sad to have to leave this review, but I would avoid this pharmacy like the plague. Without any exaggeration, working with this pharmacy has made my conditions worse and hasn’t allowed me the treatments prescribed by my doctors.

Walgreens once was a good place but since covid the corporate side has gotten EXTREMELY GREEDY so much so that insurance fraud and stolen medication by staff has become very rife. I speak from personal experience and have since found a different pharmacy to utilize as this seems to be widespread across multiple Walgreens locations. Couple that with the mistreatment of there employees who are ready to walk out due to poor treatment by corporate and I won't shop here anymore.

Went here with a friend two weeks back.
I'm not impressed with this store!
The check out line just kept getting longer and the worker was polite, but was very slow and could use better company training to be more proficient in thier job skills!

I was blown away at how great the customer service was here. Every employee was exceedingly nice and helpful. I wish all retail stores would be staffed this way.

Worst customer service ever in the Pharmacy. Only have one drive thru lane open. Never enough Pharmacists for demand. Sometimes prescriptions get sent via mail like I requested.. other times not. Sometimes I get 90 day supplies... other times 30 days. Have waited on the phone for 15 plus minutes. Not sure if the problems only relate to this store or if the company is too cheap to hire additional competent pharmacists. Very rude staff.... will take my business elsewhere.

I can't beleive how bad the customer service, at the pharmacy has become at this location. Drive thru is painful now, to say the least. Pharmacy techs and pharmacist won't even recognize customers at the window. Multiple times I've had to wave since it the bell doesn't work. Or maybe it does? Who knows. Tried to tell the pharmacist, Angie, that three cars had left the line. Her response? She turned around and walked away. My family will be using another location or another pharmacy all together.

Pharmacy technician is very impolite over the phone. All I ask is prescription pick up status. She asked me to repeat so many times and started showing her frustration over the phone. Her name start with C or Kathy. Please be polite and show some courtesy to patient.
