I was headed to Madison on business and had car trouble on the highway as I arrived. I brought my car to Zimbrick Acura the next morning for diagnosis -- the service was phenomenal. They got me in right away and gave me a loaner vehicle so I could get on with my day ... then called me later to say that the parts I needed were backordered, but had a temporary solution so I could get back home. They provided all of the part numbers for my local dealer.I took a deep breath and asked what I owed. $0. Incredible. Highly recommend this highly ethical dealer.

All of the employees here were lovely and polite, and my car's maintenance went smoothly. The waiting lounge, though, was... somewhat sad. There's something about a desolate room with scattered chairs and unread magazines that makes me existential. It'd be nice if they could put in a couch, or otherwise warm the space in a way that suggests a human decorated it... as it stands, it looks as though an algorithm spat spartan furniture into a sideroom, and I don't like it. ?

Service staff is great! Always on top of things and friendly. Repairs are a little pricey but you know it was done right. Sales staff was good to deal with as well. Great waiting area. Clean building and they hey the paperwork done promptly
