I was headed to Madison on business and had car trouble on the highway as I arrived. I brought my car to Zimbrick Acura the next morning for diagnosis -- the service was phenomenal. They got me in right away and gave me a loaner vehicle so I could get on with my day ... then called me later to say that the parts I needed were backordered, but had a temporary solution so I could get back home. They provided all of the part numbers for my local dealer.I took a deep breath and asked what I owed. $0. Incredible. Highly recommend this highly ethical dealer.

Service staff is great! Always on top of things and friendly. Repairs are a little pricey but you know it was done right. Sales staff was good to deal with as well. Great waiting area. Clean building and they hey the paperwork done promptly

Bought a car a couple weeks ago, I live 2 1/2 hours away I realize that’s not their problem but I gave them the opportunity to fix several things that I message my sales person about a couple days after I bought it and he Said they would get back to me and schedule it to get looked at, I did not hear back from him and I messaged him about a week and a half later and he let me know that he no longer works there, probably because the two different sales managers of the used car part of the dealership both of their responses where unless it’s a safety item we are not doing anything about it, I did test drive the car very briefly because I couldn’t get here until about a half hour before they close the day that I bought my car, I did get several pictures and emails from the sales person before I saw it, he was actually very kind and helpful and probably did himself a favor by not like working here any longer I bought a luxury SUV, Lincoln with only 58,000 miles, the suspension is very worn when you hit bumps, it was all highway on my way home so I didn’t really notice it, both key fobs the remote start only work if you are approximately 50 feet or less from the vehicle, I did try new batteries in both and I even have a key company reprogram and test the fob and the fobs are putting out a signal but the vehicle is not recognizing them unless you are very close, the subwoofer is blown, rear heater controls not working transmission shifts are a little long so I asked them if they could do a flush and change the filter,He recommend I bring it to a Lincoln dealership near me, as I was waiting for them to look at my vehicle all day on my day off I realized that there is a Ford dealership across from them which is part of Lincoln company and could do inspections there and also there is a Lincoln dealership next to another dealership that is owned by this dealer, I owned this same exact type of vehicle a couple years ago and I owned it for four years, I loved it so much but I decided to buy another one with lower miles the one I owned before when I got rid of it and had 150,000 miles on it rode much better than this car,There were several other things I noticedAnd I could go on about this place for a while but I have a 2 1/2 hour car ride to get home, I dropped the car off here at 7:30 this morning and I am leaving now at 3:30 with zero results what a waste of time if you are considering a vehicle here go elsewhere, I have several videos I’ve taken of the problems I’ve been having still haven’t gotten any results or anyone to check on any of my concerns with my review from a couple weeks ago just continued poor customer service with zero results, now after about 1200-1500 miles on it I’m going to need new rotors soon cause they are warped, it just keeps getting better... and no surprise never heard a word from them and no I don’t plan on it I’ll just keep adding to this review to refresh it!

Had the best experience with Dave Asplin. I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle head out to Zimbrick Acura. Excellent from beginning to end. Dave was the best! His manager Glen was awesome. Even working with finance Manager James was the most pleasant experience ever. Seriously, when signing for the car I had some questions and James made sure all was ok before proceeding. I cannot say enough good things, this was an unexpected rockstar experience. I will be back and recommending to all. GO see Dave! You will not be disappointed. !!

I have had three solid experiences at Zimbrick. My friends Minivan was dying and she needed a minivan for a trip out of state the same day. The sales person was amazing. Straight shooter. He found her a Used but seemingly mint Honda Odyssey and within a couple of hours, we drove off with the car. I work with her, see the car and drive with her all of the time. It has had no issues (going on a year now). A week later, my son bought an an amazing used car and crashed it days later. Bought another used car and it has been solid. We traded a suv in and bought a used SUV. I have never felt better about a car purchase in my life. These people are the very best example of car sales people and out to destroy the bad reputations of used car sales people. I send everyone I know to Zimbrick
