When she got there she was treated with respect and any questions that she had asked were answered in a way that she understood which was greatly appreciated. They even told and suggested things that she didn't think about. Great group of people in my opinion.”

Being a family business, it's completely understandable that the employees were dealing with their own grief at a time like that. I've changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars to allow for what the employees were dealing with at the time and I will give them another chance. (I don't know how this place has kept a 4.6 rating! Lousy customer relations. Awful customer service. We had an appointment to have the air conditioning looked at. It was set for 10:30am on a Wednesday. When we got there they verified that we had the appointment, then asked us to come back on Monday. We called on Monday morning to find out what time to bring it in and were told that no appointment was set up! What a colloidal waste of time! We took it elsewhere. Never again!)”

“My key and fob were lost so I called up Johnson Motors of St. Croix Falls to see about replacing them. I was thinking that I would have a delay of getting them because of GM being on strike and was told that they would be able to do the FOB right away because they have them in stock but as far as the key went they couldn't get it from GM but they were going to check around the other dealerships and see if they had any extra. They said they would get back to me when they got it and that it would most likely be the next day. It was only a short time later they called and were able to find one and I could come in and get it made any time. Outstanding work! The workers were all VERY helpful and considerate. I was in and out in no time at all.”

“Terrific customer service at St Croix Auto Body. Stopped in with a door lock issue on my van, and Dave was super friendly and supportive. They squeezed me in to their already full calendar, diagnosed the problem, and offered solutions even though I didn’t have a big ticket repair. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, but St Croix Auto Body is customer oriented. I will definitely return with future automotive needs.”

They patched me up and had me on the road. The had no reasons to help me other then they are great human beings. Thanks for taking time out of your Saturday and making sure I got on the road!”
