We used to have a blast at Hidden Valley but things have gone down hill the last few years. Inflation, price gouging, fees added without warning such as an additional $10 just for choosing your site. Contests are bias, no one is around to monitor or enforce rules, sites are pretty small, many on unlevel or incredibly rocky ground making it nearly impossible to tent or stake anything. Trick or treating duration is short (only an hour & a half) & the wifi is pretty weak & spotty. On the plus side, the haunted house is pretty awesome, there's showers, a pool & nice bathrooms. However after 15 years, 2024 will be our last unfortunately. Just like every other corporation, it seems they're just all about the money.

This is one of my favorite KOAs. The grounds were beautifully kept and the bathhouse was fantastic. Individual showers with locks was unexpected, but appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Workcamper Debbie and her husband for the help and advice! Overall, a fantastic experience.

$5 extra to check in early - at 1:30 in the afternoon? And never mentioned while booking the reservation. The site was tight, as were many other sites, evidenced by how many vehicles were almost touching the road through the campground. What keeps this campground active is the location, nothing else.

We just wanted to thank you so much for the enjoyable time we had at your Anniversary Celebration. The free food, beautiful flowers all around and the cleanest campground we have stayed at. The Fireworks were spectacular too. So many amenities for the kids. We have never been disappointed at Milton KOA.Thank you againRick and Cheryl Martin

We reserved a pull-through spot here for a one day stop on a long haul road trip with our RV. Our site was easy to get to and a breeze to park. The site was immaculate and the whole park was very well maintained. There are tons of options and they even have an area for late stays. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We’ve marked this as one of our favorite stopping points. Highly recommend!

My sister has her summer place here. I always have a great time. There is so much to do. They have a nice pool and are making a lake, but I am not sure when that will be completed. They offer spots for campers and tent camping. They have rental cabins too. They have park models that are privately owned.I can't wait to go back.

No stars.... FOR REALWorthless manager......Cost almost $200 and never even stayed one night. Milton policy are not corporate policy. She doesn't care about KOA members ONLY THE MONEY!!We made sure corporate is aware. And it doesn't help to be honest with the management and in the end she hung up on me....totally unprofessional lady.

Pool is not kept up it’s dirty and unkept. The pool deck the whole time we were there has towels and clothes left by visitors still in the same place after 5 days. Nobody picked up or cleaned pool or pool deck the whole time we were there. I saw one adult it seems to be ran by kids in yellow kOA shirts. We’ve stayed here many times in the past and never seen it this bad. Pool Maintenance is an issue

they have a nice cleaned toilet and showers. The place is actually nice but its too loud. I just wish they implement their rules “no more loud music past 11pm” I was hoping for someone to do the tour and check the campsites to make sure its quite after 11pm. The campers next to us partied up untill 2:30am they were so loud and their music as well. So i hope the management will do their tour at 11pm to make sure people are following the rules. The campers next to us are very inconsiderate. I even spoke with the person the first night that they were so loud and maybe be they can turn it down after 11pm. But no they made it even worse for the 2nd night. Please management do a 11pm tour to the campsites.

This Campground gets 5 stars from my family! The grounds are well maintained, the bathroom and showers are the nicest that I have seen, and the activities were great! We absolutely LOVED the golf cart trail through the woods and around the property too! We ordered lunch and they delivered to us poolside. The food was VERY good and also reasonably priced. We will be back very soon!

We stayed at this campsite with our RV. The sites are nice, with full hook-ups. The bathrooms with showers are very nice and clean. They have a great laundry facility. They also have kids play area and excellent pool. They even had a menu of ready-to-eat food they would deliver to your site.

The place is a great place to stay with friends and family. The only thing I didn't like was the golf cart they rent. They have the streets marked one way, but the golf cart carts can go any way they want to. I had one of the golf carts coming around the corner, and he almost hit me they should follow the same rules as the cars do. Like I said, that's the only problem I have other than that this place is awesome. ❤️????

I couldn't be more disappointed with the management at this KOA campground. Let me first say we bought our camper in Spring 2020, and immediately became members of KOA. In the last 4 summers, we have almost exclusively camped at KOAs because we appreciate their locations all over the country, full hookups, dog parks, and amenities. We've been guests at Milton KOA in Wisconsin several times, even renting one of their golf carts one long weekend away from our busy work schedules, and have usually enjoyed our stays. We had a sudden death in the family Friday 6/2, but we were scheduled to stay at Milton KOA June 8-10. As soon as I was aware of funeral arrangements, I immediately called the campground Saturday 6/3 to cancel. We are KOA VIP, so cancelation is supposed to cost us $0. They refused a full refund because I was canceling within 7 days of our booked stay, charging us $54.07. I offered compromises, such as changing the date of the booking, or taking a credit for a future stay, but the young associate who took my phone call wasn't accommodating. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they'd be in Monday. I've since called several times in the following 10 days, yet never once was their phone answered by a live person. I left 2 voicemails requesting management, both unreturned. I emailed with a link to the funeral information (same last name as mine), still no response. So I called KOA corporate to report the lack of management response and disrespectful customer service. They told me to wait 1-2 days, still I've heard nothing from Milton KOA. My next step will be to call corporate again, and send the paper pamphlet from the funeral in US Mail. A death in the immediate family should NEVER EVER be a reason someone does not get a full refund, or at least the respectful option to reschedule the booking without penalty. This campground, unless they fix this mistake, will not see another cent from our family during our many many camping trips. Milton, WI is a disappointment to the KOA brand, where we have been 99.9% thrilled with our other stays from Key West KOA in Florida, to Glacier KOA in Montana. I truly hope they make it right for us, and all future campers who might have a similar loss.
