This is my go-to Subway. Always great service, and they accept coupons!Not to mention, the sandwiches are made they way you requested.The manager is friendly and working the line most days.I have 3 Subway basically the same distance and will always choose this one.

If there is zero star option I definitely would do it. I was treated so disrespectfully by the manager and this young boy at the Milton location and they were correcting me very disrespectful when I didn't ask them to. The boy got my sandwich wrong he didn't listen to what I wanted. I get it homecoming was busy but they yelling at someone who has severe anxiety and epilepsy is not okay. Never going to this location. Disgusting how they treat people.

I went in and got 3 diffrent subs. The guy making the subs was very polite and everything. But when I went to get the veggies put on the subs the guy was rude and would not listen. I asked for alittle extra sauce on the whole sandwich he puts a bunch in on area. While I was there he just made it seem like he just didn't want to be there.

Went there on September 24th 2022, bathrooms were one of the dirtiest bathrooms I’ve ever been in. Two male employees, I’m the only customer took them 6 minutes to acknowledge me. Customer service was so bad and unfriendly.

Once again the sign says open, but they aren't ready, and don't have ingredients ready. Simple things....the meatballs and marinara weren't turned on in the microwave, so he says they don't have any ready...how about turn on the microwave and ask if I can wait a few minutes? Nope...we don't have any ready. Again. If you're not ready to be open, change the hours or turn off the sign.

On my last visit to this Subway, I ordered a sandwich on a bread on the menu and they said the bread wasn't ready so I ordered it on a different bread. When I ordered the type of sandwich I wanted, after they started making it, they told me they didn't have one of the ingredients that was a signature ingredient in the sandwich (avocado spread)... the reason I order that sandwich. When you don't have two things that are on the menu when I order, I will cancel my order and go elsewhere.

Worker coughed in hand and didn't change glove and continued to pull toppings for customer. Out of croutons, out of most dressings, staff explained they are often without items necessary to fulfill listed ingredients on orders. Staff (all very young) polite and apologetic

We have had this restaurant on our list of donors to the Milton Area Youth Center for the entire school year, well their day to donate, which is only twice a year, is tomorrow and the new manager says they now can't afford to donate to the youth of Milton. Pretty sad. Every restaurant in town and even in Janesville has found the means to donate to our students, as well as individuals and churches. I know its also a complete write off and its less than $50, customer cost. WOW! Another reason to shop small businesses who actually care about their community
