I seen a lot of people complaining this place isnt open 24/7 anymore, which I don't mind, but it is true. What urks me though this i only come here to get a cheap coffee from their delicious coffee machine but the last two times i went there, it would not work because it needed cleaning, and 3 WORKERS WERE AT THE DESK CHATTING DOING NOTHING. I tried calling their phone just the ask if their coffee machine was working but their phone number has been disconnected. I hate to write negative reviews, i really do, but this location just does not give a damn of their existence at this point.

We are construction workers always there to buy coffee. Was told we couldn’t use there bathroom because they got fined from the health department because they restroom was not clean. You are supposed to do checks and keep your restroom clean. I would think. Won’t be going back!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. 3 employees standing behind the counter talking about the manager. No restroom access to paying customers.

Went to get a big hot dog from their hot dog table and it was it was ice cold, possibly frozen even. Either the warming table is not working OR they just put it out in which case don't serve it to people yet... or warn us.

7/11s in the Milwaukee area have become absolute trash. Staff must be paid nickles because they are horrible to deal with. Customer service is a foreign language to these people. The hours are not consistent and not convenient. Everything about this chain and this location is antithetical to what a convenience store is supposed to be. The one on on North is possibly worse. As an owner or operator of these stores I'd be sick with embarassment.

Dead staff, jacked up prices. There are 2 employees that are great, the rest literally have no reason to exist. They charge you double. Are high, smell like weed, and are talking on their phones. will not accept your 7/11 rewards, or scan anything with rewards. Absolutely awful people working at this location.
