Dead staff, jacked up prices. There are 2 employees that are great, the rest literally have no reason to exist. They charge you double. Are high, smell like weed, and are talking on their phones. will not accept your 7/11 rewards, or scan anything with rewards. Absolutely awful people working at this location.

There is this black guy at the counter who deliberately overcharges you for stuff. I've been a 7/11 rewards member for years and always pay using my 7/11 wallet. There is a single barcode on the app that they need to scan to enter my membership information and payment information. I do it all the time. This guy tells me I didn't scan my membership info so the extra price on my purchase. This has happened multiple times too.What kind of non-member has a 7/11 wallet. He was claiming two different bar codes, but the bar code is the same and he was the one who messed up my purchase. When I asked to redo the purchase but this time correctly, he refused to do it.

There is a very kind lady who is often working when I come in here and she is truly the type of person that will make your day better. We need more people like her in the world. I wish I knew her name but she is truly such a kind lady and makes my day whenever I stop in

Working down the road stop in to grab snacks and use the bathroom black girl instantly snaps at me telling me they haven't had a public restroom in 4 years. Well damn if I had known that I wouldn't of asked where it was right? No need to catch a attitude for a simple question. I'll go to the BP down the road from now on.

I walked in at 10:59 pm and was told they closed at 11, even though it’s supposed to be a 24 hour location, and the man behind the counter refused to help me, even though I only wanted to purchase one item that would have taken less than 30 seconds to ring up. I was literally having the worst day of my life, and the rudeness of your employee shattered any faith in humanity that I had left.

This place is an absolute joke, they employ some of the rudest staff members I've ever had the dishonor of dealing with in any store. While being rude, they also manage to simultaneously charge double, if not triple the normal price for any item. They also close randomly with a hand-written sign on the door while sitting on the counter in the front of the stores on their phones, yelling at you to go away and that they are closed while still accepting door dash orders. I would be ashamed to be the owner of this business.

This store is so bad. Anytime I go there at night there closed when there website says 24/7. The people there will put up paper on the door that says closed when they should be open 24/7 so unprofessional

I worked at this location for around 5 months. In that time they were severely understaffed and of course underpaid. Due to the cost of living I decided to look elsewhere for work, closer to my place of residence. I did not give 2 weeks notice (they had me scheduled to work 8 days in a row, I did not show up day 6) but I let them know in the morning that I would not be going to my night shift, in lieu of better opportunities. I recieved no response. I waited until a week after I was supposed to be paid and reached out, to which the manager did not respond. I lost out on a week's worth of pay, and still have not been paid. I have filed a formal complaint with the department of Labor and am waiting to hear back. Save yourself the stress-- do not work here.

Terrible, told me that because my id wouldn't scan I couldn't purchase products even though I've had other people enter my id number to verify in the same store. This is the same lady that will look at you when your walking up to the register and then walk away to have a conversation on her phone. Terrible employee terrible service. I live a block from this 7/11 and will be finding somewhere else to go in the future.

This place is not open 24hour there's always a hand written sign up saying temporarily closed ..and don't even try to call the store, voice mail isn't set up and no one ever answers...so you can't even call ahead to make sure they are open...I'm just going to start going somewhere else...I'm honestly surprised this place is still open.
