Not a good experience at all! Communication was terrible, they did not do a good job at evaluating the damage of the vehicle over all. I do not recommend this shop!!

Had a fantastic experience with Caliber Collision. They replaced my windshield quickly and on time. Was a wonderful surprise to pick up my car all washed and cleaned (inside and out). Great service! Would definitely recommend.

I had an urgent appointment for a side window to get replaced before I had to go in for work, and they never had any of my information in there system for my appointment. This is my 1st & last time being a customer to Caliber Collision, there was no professionalism in my experience.I was almost late for work due to this. With all of us trying to survive the pandemic, employment isn't so easy to come by.

This is an amazing body shop! The repairs were spot on and they did a full exterior detail of the truck before picking it up. Also I am in the customer service industry and Michael is definitely top notch. I would strongly recommend this place for repairs.

The customer service was awesome! I brought a concern to the table, it was addressed immediately. Final results were great. You can't tell how the car was damaged prior. Great workmanship. Attention to detail is key!
