They close the store way before closing time listed on the door! Frustrating!If you have your closing time posted as 9pm, don't lock the door at 8:30! ?Used to like Advance Auto. Lately they're OFTEN out of stock of basic parts when ordering on the app. Had to have my recent order mailed to me. The rewards program coupons don't always work and expire BEFORE the expiration date. ? Online coupons exclude half the inventory! ?

We bought a battery from this location and it functioned well and unfortunately stopped working and we took it to another location(on miller pkwy) where we were for the day and the employee that helped us was very rude, tried to say it was too old and basically told us to go to the original location because they couldn't honor the warranty at this location. So we drove back to the original store and Jackie was amazingly accommodating. she took in the battery for testing and tried charging and determined it was a faulty battery and resolved the issue right away and all in under an hour. I've been to this store a few times before and Jackie and her team have always been courteous and helpful. I will definitely be returning to this store for my auto parts needs in the future.

Each time I've been to this store, Jamie took charge of my issue and brought resolution to my problem. He's an Asset to the Company!

Worst experience I've ever had dealing with an auto part store in 25 years. When I arrived there on Monday morning there were no customers. Not busy at all. I came to do a warranty on my gold battery. As soon as I said that...there was all rudeness from there on out. Manager said it was too cold I'd have to take the battery out myself. So I did. Then I had to install the new battery myself as well. This is unacceptable. You advertise free battery and wiper installation. I did all the work why those two employees did nothing inside. I'll never return to an Advance Auto again. Luckily I know how to change a battery. I was very upset with how I was treated. If my mom, wife or sister had gone instead of me then what?! Lazy staff starts from the top. This store needs to clean house. Hire people that want to work at work.

The staff doesn't really care much at this store. I order things online then an hour later I get an email saying it's cancelled. I don't like this store very much.

Jamie was very extremely rude ! I was just asking were the silicone right away he started to disrespect me and yell at me. Spoke on the phone with the manager was apologizing per Jamie’s actions. Please be aware of this man. Clearly Jamie don’t want to help people why work then .

I drove in at dusk with a bad battery. I bought one, and they were able to replace it on the spot. There was a lot of corrosion that needed to be removed, and they took care of it. Thanks Oscar!
