The owner towed my 2001 jeep compass 7 blocks for repairs at a near by shop relayed to my starter and damaged $4000 worth of labor and parts.
He broke my control arm, he said. Because he thought the vehicle was in neutral when he lifted it into the flatbed.
Well the control arm is connected to other things that were snatched out or snatched loose.
Initially, he said, send him the bill for what he broke and he will pay for it. Then, the bill was $4000 and he said he can have his friends fix it. Sir, the last service I received from you was a complete fail…I don’t want your services. Of course I have to pay the bill and lawyer fees.
The interesting part of the story, is when he walked away without even giving me something, he asked “do you trust me?”
No sir.
One star just so I could make this post.

Terrible place to get your car fixed . I had a 2013 Chevy Cruze and I got it towed to them using they towing service , they had my car for 2 weeks , told them to fix timing chain , they fixed timing chain and destroy the engine . The boss is terrible with communication and letting people know what’s going on with the car . DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE !

Please don't trust good reviews for this company. They towed car to shop and it was easy fix and because no knowledge about cars they broke main engine computer and cover their mistakes they take main fuses out and broke rest fuses and all this they changed me for parts was not broken double. Was big mistake to use them it cost me few thousand to bring car back to running. Please stay away very rude driver and owner is very unprofessional and big layer .very bad people all they need your money .very sad people like this live in Milwaukee

I was stuck in my Company vehicle today with children aboard, and while speaking to the kind gentleman about a possible tow over the phone he promptly diagnosed my issue based off the symptoms I discribed, and helped me get my vehicle back running to be able to continue working, he saved me a couple hundred bucks as well, he was definitely a blessing!

Towed my car and replaced the dead alternator. He got it done on a Saturday morning by 11am. Extremely reasonably priced for both towing and repair. My new go-to shop for this vehicle.

Tow truck arrived promptly within their promised timeframe after I made the call, even during a snowstorm. The driver, Mohan, was courteous and friendly. Accepts Apple Pay and Venmo as payment for convenience. Recommended!

I was all in about my experience until you lied about having a mechanic available all of a sudden. There was one available when we spoke earlier this morning, but now since your driver says you miss understood the whole conversation changed.
