They guys were great. Gave me the best alarm and service. Worked with me to figure out which system to go with. Will definitely be coming back for another remote start for my wife’s car.

My experience was the best. I had a remote starter installed and they offered me an additional remote at no cost that would start the car from further away and not even in my eyesight. Their personalities were super friendly like we had known each other for years and they explained everything in detail before and after, demonstrating how to use the product. Alarmtronics is the best!

Great service. I had a kill system alarm with sensors installed. The car was ready at the promised time. The only problem, I wish I knew this was drop off service because there's no waiting area. Overall, very pleased with the work.

Great place! These guys have been around since the 60s! I cant think of anyone else that started working with car alarms and remote starts since before they even came out! Randy has been installing these things since he was 12 years old, no one knows them better...

Another great experience with the guys at Alarmtronix! I had another remote start installed this time in an older vehicle. But the guys assured me it wasn’t a problem. Got everything set up and a few hours later with some amazing directions, I was driving away with a be remote start!!! Super easy to make the appointment and get the service completed!!!!

Excellent service! Kyle was very patient with me and owner Randy does such great work that when he’s done it looks like it was built in with my vehicle Have had many systems installed here, from alarms to dash cams. Be warned, don’t bother Randy while he’s working! Wouldn’t think about going anywhere else!

Just bought a 2023 car and decided to add extra security for my peace of mind. I've never had a car stolen and it's not something I care to experience so if there is something I can do to prevent it why not? A family member suggested Alarmtronix as he was familiar with them, he had had auto repair shop near them.
Made an appointment with them for 2 days later, the only problem I had was when I pulled into to parking lot of Alarmtronix the older gentleman (owner) started waving his arms and yelling at me. Unbeknownst to me the parking lot was very small and there was not a place to park except on the side street. The entrance to the lot is off 84th street and it was very very apparent to me that there was no parking in the lot but not until I pulled in. Was I supposed to stomp on my brakes on a fairly busy street just to avoid pulling into the lot? Did I put my car in park and open my door, did it look like I was getting out of my car at all? Nope just slowed down to negotiate my car through a narrow space so I could park on the street! Knowing they were really busy I thought he must need to get the car out of the garage quickly I let his childlike display go. The office was crowded with maybe another employee or family member and 2 customers asking questions. No one was picking up a car, cranky man did not need to pull out the car he actually went around to the front of the car and continued to work on it. I get that the cranky owner must be tired of telling people not to park behind the bays. But he went off like a nut! Arms are flailing his face turned red during his tantrum. Dang mister get a grip with that attitude I'm surprised you are still in business. However, the young man who I gave the keys to was so very nice and pleasant to talk to, he made up for the owners unnecessary manic outburst.
Reading through some of the reviews I see the man is not customer service oriented which not everyone is but then he shouldn't be interacting with people even if it's from a distance. Would i recommend this business? Yes! they did a great job and charged a fair price and the young man behind the counter made up for the older man. Some people are just the way the are while initially the act angered me it didn't affect my vehicle just a moment in my life. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
