Very unhelpful staff and too many hand offs of information. Our business has to have internet to run and we kept getting the run around. It took my husband coming down to the site to find the box was no longer working. Cannot get an ETA on arrival of new box at all. Horrible customer service.

Can't get them to give me something as simple as a phone number for my rep. Terrible customer service. Just terrible. The only reason I'm leaving a review is because I had to Google the main office phone number. No one of any use there either. Wish we could cancel this service...
