Dont waste your time delivering with Amazon Flex! You are better off on UberEats. Amazon taks advantage of their drivers and allow bots to sit on the app and take every good route. I go to the warehouse and there are groups of foreign men in groups on their cellphones and now i figured out where the routes are going!! Simple reddit search you can find these groups of people working together using bots. And Amazon doesnt care...theyll give you $70 and send you over 120 miles with no problem. Ive already had 2 flats, need my brakes done, and am broke from car maintenance and gas

I recently decided to give Amazon Flex a shot, hoping to make some extra income by delivering packages in my spare time. However, my experience with this platform has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, it became evident that the system was plagued by bots that monopolize all the good delivery blocks, leaving genuine drivers like me struggling to make ends meet.First and foremost, it is mind-boggling that a billion-dollar company like Amazon cannot seem to tackle this blatant issue. The presence of these bots makes it virtually impossible for regular drivers to access lucrative delivery opportunities. Instead of rewarding hard work and dedication, the system seems designed to favor these automated cheats. The customer service provided by Amazon Flex is incredibly disappointing. When I attempted to report the issue with bots dominating the platform, I was met with nothing but frustration. The representatives seemed indifferent and unhelpful, displaying a complete lack of concern for the unfairness faced by legitimate drivers. Their canned responses and lack of any tangible solution only served to exacerbate my frustration. Moreover, the people signed up to work for Amazon Flex were anything but professional. The drivers, who are supposed to represent the company, displayed an alarming level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. Instead of fostering a supportive community, it felt like a cutthroat environment, where drivers were competing against each other rather than working collaboratively.I had hoped that Amazon Flex would provide a flexible and rewarding opportunity to earn extra income, but it turned out to be a disappointing venture. With rampant bots stealing all the good blocks and a customer service team that doesn't care about addressing real issues, this platform has proven to be an utter letdown. In conclusion, Amazon Flex needs to step up its game and invest in advanced measures to eradicate bots from its system. Furthermore, the company must prioritize improving its customer service, showing genuine concern for the problems faced by its drivers. Until these fundamental issues are resolved, I cannot recommend Amazon Flex to anyone seeking a fair and professional gig economy experience.

It's starts out great until your delivery area is an hour away & still expected to make ALL the deliveries within the time frame. If you don't they'll promise you payment for the extra time or tell you to bring them back. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE THE EXTRA PAYMENT AS PROMISED. THEY WILL EMAIL YOU THAT YOU WERE PAID FAIRLY DESPITE THE EXTRA TIME, GAS, MILEAGE & EFFORT. They give excessive amount of packages KNOWING it's gonna run over the scheduled block. If you don't continue your dinked for not completing them & that's IF the Amazon crew actually sign the packages back in. When they don't Amazon will the dink you again stating you kept the packages. Doesn't matter how many times you call & fight it they WILL NOT COMPENSATE YOU or change the standing. Sadly leaves the only safe option of just reporting the package as missing & still return it as you normally would. The payouts don't reflect the mileage they expect you go or the rise in gas prices. I've been flexing for over a year & I do not see $180+ blocks I did then. Nor have they raised the fees despite the hike in gas prices & everything else. Once they reached the point where there were so many Flexers the customer service changed & the way they reward us did as well. To travel over an hour (to make your deliveries) to make $90 for a 5hr block (most cases opposite direction of my home) financially doesn't make sense. By the time I gas my car to make the deliveries & get back home, is pretty much, half the fee. But they know they figure someone will take them so they simply stopped caring. As for customer service, good luck with the language barrier! Rare to actually be able to speak with someone who can understand what I'm saying & vice versa. Amazon Flex used to offer lots of great opportunities to make money. Now I only do it when I see the blocks over a certain dollar amount, so needless to say it's not that often. And I will not work 1 second over my scheduled time. If deliveries don't get made that's an Amazon issue. Going above & beyond for a company that takes advantage of people isn't for me. They can apologize to their customers & deal with the backlash. It happens too often for Amazon to not make changes in that area. ITS NOT WORTH IT IN THE LONG RUN. UBER .. THEY COMPENSATE WHAT YOU'RE WORTH.

Competitive prices and great selection. Shipping is some timey. Also, my experience with posting less than positive reviews, they won't post it, so reviews are bias.

I delivered 9 pallets here, it is Amazon Prime Now facility. Friendly people, fast unloading, and I parked overnight in the back parking lot.
