Typical amphitheater, uncomfortable seats, you're literally rubbing against the stranger next to you the entire time. ? But that's just the way it is and what we expected, so that didn't bother us much.
Exiting the parking lots, however, was absolutely horrendous. I very highly recommend finding elsewhere to park, you can thank me later. It took a solid hour just to get out of the small parking lot itself & honestly, that stressful experience alone almost ruined our evening.

No matter where you sit, the views are beautiful. It's smooth leaving out. The worst part was the parking lot. However, the staff on the grounds were very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone was sweet, even when reinforcing policy . We enjoyed the concert. The lake was beautiful too! Def an experience. 10/10 would recommend concerts. This venue was magical to say the least. Good job!!!

Decent venue no problems with the venue itself. DO NOT PARK AT THE VENUE!!!!! Unless you plan on spending 45+ minutes SITTING in the Parking lot with EVERYONE in their cars but nobodys moving an inch. We saw Avril Lavigne and she ended at 10:30, got to the car at 10:45 no later. It is currently 11:30 and we STILL haven't left the parking lot... So I don't know if it's just the people in the lot that can't drive or if they have staff directing people. If they have staff then they need to do a better job of getting everyone out and home. I have work tomorrow, it's a Monday night, and we still have an hour drive home to Chicago. Safe to say if we ever come here again, go with the unofficial local parking...cheaper anyways.

I've been here for a lot of concerts, the venue is okay. Biggest down fall is not allowing people to bring in their own water and that it's cashless. So there is an up charge using a card. Water is normally $7 but I guess they lower the price to $5.75, since it was extremely hot and humid out for the Freak on Parade Tour. Even so, it came out to $6 and some change. The bathroom stalls are very tight. Water to wash your hands is warm. They have bubblers to which I used to refill my water, but water was warm and the water flow is poor. Which is purposely done so you purchase from their venue. Parking was easy....getting out is a whole other story. Never, I mean never out of my whole concert venue going, have traffic to get out was so bad. It was worse than a Summerfest Day going to see Distured. It took people two hours to get out. I literally got out of the car and directed people to go the opposite way some people listened and we got out super easy and the ones that didn't were still stuck there, it was awesome. That was just the parking lot because some people are stupid and should never drive. Also if you purchase tickets on the second level but your seat are close to the lower level, the ushers make you walk all the way around to your seat even though it's easier to use the lower level steps. The Amphitheater is also not very handicap friendly.

Beautiful venue. However...
Bathrooms were very tight. Some didnt have TP. Water to wash your hands was steaming hot. To get out of the parking lot was horrendous! It took us 2 hours to get out. Concert let out as well as the festival taking place 100s of cars and no one to direct traffic. After 2 hours the police came and things started to move.

While the amphitheater itself was great, getting in and out was as if the staff/venue have never run a concert before in their lives. There was no order or direction, everyone was forced to move as a mob both in and out. And don't even think about parking in the official Summerfest/amphitheater parking you can buy with your tickets, there are no attendants or employees to direct traffic before or after the show so it's all just chaos. I was stuck in the parking lot "P" literally not moving two hours after the Pitbull concert ended.
Otherwise once you're in the actual theater, the seats and sound quality are great.

it’s a cute amphitheater but we had an ATROCIOUS time getting into the venue. we were here 8-31-24 for pitbull and there were two gates open to funnel thousands of people into the venue. they didn’t even stop people when the scanners turned red, so there’s a lack of care for potentially dangerous items being taken into the venue. i recommend getting there about an hour before show start. it took us 40 minutes to get through. not from wisconsin personally, but it’s one of the worst venues i’ve been to in the states as far as managing admissions goes.

The sound quality every time I go here is awesome. I wish their fans would spin faster though because it can be quite hot in here.

Loved the venue, great seats, great view. Traffic was a bit of a nightmare and we ran into issues with our parking spot we booked in advance. Some improvement is needed there.

If you could get up to it without being a mile and a half away looking for parking. I would never go to an event there ever thanks for wasting my money American family insurance....

We went to see new kids on the block, the concert was amazing and I love how the they redid the amphitheater. With how many events they put on you would think they have a plan in place to get people out afterwards. Well you’re wrong! It took us over 2 hours to just get out of the parking lot. There was no directing traffic or cops there to trip lights. People were getting out and making their own rules and using their car to block traffic.
