Me and my father went to this place in search of a new vehicle. We were INSTANTLY judged and looked at as drug dealers. Andrew Akhahon the one who was very judgmental toward me and my father . Ran our credit and also had cash to buy a vehicle and still was denied. My father then tried to purchase a vehicle and he was told FIRMLY that can't buy a vehicle because he had a 0 credit store ! Which is totally laughable. If you are a African American going there to buy a car please think 5 times.

I ordered a 2023 Prius 2/2/23 and picked it up today 9/19/23! They were very good at keeping me in the loop the whole process! I loved that I could communicate via text Vs call. The whole process at pickup only took maybe an hour. It was fast. Everyone was nice! Shout out to David for helping me from the start to finish! I’d recommend Andrew Toyota to all my friends or anyone in area! Very good service! 10/10 would definitely come back again!

I really can’t begin to say enough about my experience with Sasha at Andrew Toyota service. She was absolutely and positively the most thorough and honest person I have worked with in such a long time. I had taken my car there because it died on the expressway. It was towed to a big chain repair shop where they did some work that was questionable. I took it to Andrew and Sasha kept it for four days because I asked her to. She checked everything out and communicated each time with me in a very, very thorough and understandable way. If every service rep treated people the way Sasha does our whole experience with cars would be totally different. I am so excited to be driving this car again, and it truly is all thanks to Sasha and to the mechanics.

Our salesman Giovanni was great! He greeted us with a smile. We told we were interested in looking at 2 different vehicles. He got us set up with test driving both of them. He took the time to let my wife and I drive each other them. He listened to what we wanted and needed out of our new vehicle. He asked what we liked about each and then give us his opinion on what he thought we needed based on our discussions. He was very knowledgeable about both vehicles. He wasn't overly pushy like other salesman we have had experienced in the past at other dealers. Would definitely go back to him and recommend him to others. He talked to us about how he was new to the business and we thought he did great. Ella in the financial office was great as well. She made sure we got the warranty needed to feel safe and supported if something ever went wrong with the vehicle.

Just got my first “NEW” car ever! a 2023 Toyota Corolla XSE! the sales person named Joe was very patient with me, I was vocal on what I wanted and didn’t want. we had some hurdles to get thru to make it to the finish line that day but he did everything in his power to see the sale get finalized, even though I had no credit and no more money to put down, other than what I had on hand. 5/5 would buy there again.

From purchasing to delivery of the vehicle it was an extremely pleasant experience. I was able to text David to add features to the car, clarify several questions and extras being added. He kept me informed of the production status, when it arrived and when I could pick it up. He is very informative and careful about taking you through the vehicles technology which made it a pleasure.We have purchased two other Toyotas from Andrew and WILL NOT purchase from any other dealership. Their integrity is unmatched in the industry.

Friendly service, great wi-fi and hot beverages while I waited (waiting area kept very clean), and my service was efficiently completed in a reasonable amount of time. The tech provided a video accessible via my phone with additional comments--a great practice! This place will remain my go-to for servicing.

Deandra was excellent, he had patience with me. I wasn’t gonna be pressured or rushed and he respected my boundaries. I ended up with the car I wanted and he worked hard to get everything I wanted. I would recommend Deandra to my friends and family in need of, or just want a new car.

I had an oil change appointment. I was greeted with a warm welcome and by my name. Willie was my service advisor and great customer service and he explained everything to me that was going to happen to my car while in service. My shuttle driver was awesome as always get back me back home.I was sent a video which was very appreciated of the work that was needed on my car while in service. The technician explained his findings while doing the oil change and then inspection in the video which helped me because I could follow along with him.Great teamworkThank you again.

I did not have a positive experience with the service dept. We purchased our car at Andrew Toyota and we have been taking our car to be serviced at Andrew Toyota since then. I had to get a new license plate and tried to take off the old one and the plastic screws broke. I went to the service dept. and they were going to charge me $50.00 to have the screws drilled out. I don't think I will be going there any more for the service of our car.

Service was fine however the inspection report I received was incorrect. I emailed the service agent to correct the report and asked him to resend the corrected inspection report and to resend me a corrected copy but haven’t received it yet. Please see attached email.Hi MikeThanks for the update inspection paperwork….there is on correction needed to be updated. Great report except for the windshield wipers. I authorized you to replace the wipers and you said you took care of that, but the report doesn’t reflect that. Could you please change it and send me a corrected report?Thank youLori

The service dept is pretty good, only one guy I avoid because he tends to oversell what "needs" to be done. The low score is for the sales dept. ,horrible customer service. I get that y'all don't have to work that hard now that there is a shortage, but if I'm willing to spend over $45,000, and you can't even return an email or phone call? Yeah, taking my business elsewhere after getting my last THREE cars with them, they've lost an incredibly loyal customer...but they probably don't care.
